Le personnel était très sympatique et fesait en sorte de m'aider durant mon séjour. Il y a un bon débit internet, les chambres sont correctes, le lit confortable , ménage bien .C'est domage qu'il n'y a pas de buanderie pour laver ses vêtements. Je le conseillerais pour la qualité et le prix . Merci beaucoup aux personnelles qui font un excellent travail!

Piece sont très bien! Notre chamber (lit king) est bien separé, on croirait avoir plus qu'une pièce. Le restaurant est aussi bon.

We are a family of 4 and booked this hotel for 2 nights. I read some mixed reviews on this place so my expectations weren't the highest to be honest. We actually ended up having a very pleasant stay here.
We booked the 2 queen bed suit and found it to be plenty of space and all updated. The room was overall fairly clean, however there were a bunch of crumbs on the floor in the sitting area of the room but we called down to the front desk and within 2 mins, a staff member was in our room and had it all cleaned up.

The pool was great, the kids had a blast. The hot tub was a bit on the smaller side but was still great, and overall the whole area was very clean. The weight room was pretty large and seemed to have all the equipment needed and the sauna was a nice extra.
We also spent one night at the Bowling ally in the basement and the kids had a blast. It was a bit pricey but worth the fun. The bowling ally itself is definitely a bit older and the equipment has obviously not been updated but hey - its an hour of fun so who really cares about that?

It didn't look like there was a restaurant here and no Breakfast supplied but we just brought our own food and ate in the room.

Overall, if you are expecting a high end "ritzy" hotel - this is likely not the place for you but if you want something reasonably priced with all the amenities needed for a couple nights, this place will do just fine.

Quality Inn Bracebridge by far is the best motel i have ever experienced..The owner is a (KING)/ OF MOTEL and all his professional members. Excellent customer service. and the rooms are immaculate zero smell... Way to go girls that clean you girls are amazing..

This hotel is desperately in need of renovations . Rates are incredibly high for a hotel that offers no breakfast and no hot water. My first night here, front desk called to inform me there would be no hot water for the rest of the evening and possibly for the next few days. I was offered no reimbursement or compensation, only that I had the option of checking out and finding another hotel. I will not be returning to this hotel on my next business trip here... And would not recommend this Quality Inn location in Bracebridge .

Room size was fine. Could have been cleaner- the room next to us was full of little kids- very loud well after midnight. Heard everything. Rude quests ruined a decent nights sleep.

We stayed here after a visit to Santa's Village, it was nice and close so we booked it. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was a decent size, and the beds were comfortable and clean.

We ate at the restaurant attached to the hotel, the server was lovely, it has a small menu but everything we ordered was good and came out quickly. The restaurant has a great view of the river and has a large patio.
Unfortunately, the bowling alley was closed that day, but there was a convenience store attached to the building for anything needed.
I'd stay here again.
