J'ai séjourné au Ramada hôtel pendant un mois pour l'exercice maple fly. Je trouve cet hôtel très bien .Ces chambres sont grandes, avec de grands lits 2 places et un matelas très confortable. Le housekeeping est effectué tous les jours et le personnel de l'hôtel est très agréable et très professionnel. L'hôtel possède pour certaines chambre des petites cuisines pour cuisiner quelques plats , cela évite d'aller tous les jours au restaurant car la nourriture canadienne est riche et grasse. |L'hôtel est bien situé pour faire les courses, car il y a un grand centre commercial à 300 mètres de celui - ci. |Beaucoup de restaurant collent également l'hôtel. |J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans cette petite ville canadienne et j'ai très bien dormi . Good service. Comfortable pillows. Clean room. Would prefer better toilet paper though. One ply is not ok. You end up using more to equal 3 ply. We like this place it's our go to when we come to visit our daughter. We recommend staying here while in Cold Lake.

Upon check in there was an issue with my room. Immediately the housekeeping supervisor and front end manager came to deal with it and they were great, especially the housekeeping supervisor who was extremely professional and displayed excellent customer service while they addressed the issue.

The hospitality industry is tough; judge not on the issues but how they are handled.

Excellent hotel. Highly recommend. Travelled with pet and she was welcomed as warmly as we were. Very clean and quiet. Great breakfast. Lots of parking. Rooms are well appointed with everything you need (appreciate the coffee maker, fridge and microwave as well as the goodies you can buy near the front desk.). Would definitely book here again.

The room was nice and clean. Huge issue at -40 a large number of outside plug ins for vehicles didn't work. They also gave my $99 room away (we weren't even late arriving!!!) and we had to pay $140. Desk staff admitted it was THEIR mistake and we still had to pay the increased rate or find somewhere else to stay! Also paid a fee per pet in stead of the flat rate we were told. This was our first and last time staying here. We will be going back to the El Lobo.

Great, friendly staff. Rooms were great, I had a full Kitchenette in mine. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. My dog and I quite enjoy our one night stay.

Rooms were clean and well stocked. They do show thier wear a little with chipped tile, but they were very tidy, and the beds comfortable.
The first day we stayed, the hot offerings at the breakfast buffet consisted of deli sliced ham (strange!) hard boiled eggs and some kind of spinach bread. Not very appetizing. We thought of going elsewhere for breakfast the second day, but the offerings were better the second morning, with sausage, eggs, and hashbrowns. There are other selections as well, such as bagels, cereal and yogurt.
Some whipped cream at the waffle station would be a nice addition, and they should seriously consider doing away with the plastic/wooden cutterly and low quality paper plates, (the majority of hotels use ceramic plates and proper cutlery that have these kinds of complimentary breakfast bars. ) It's in poor taste, and makes a guest feel like they are an imposition.
Overall, the service is good, and the hotel offers a good value for money.

Stayed for a work trip. Good prices, friendly staff, and quality rooms. However, there is a noticeable amount of homeless folks around (a Cold Lake issue), so make sure not to leave stuff in the bed of your truck.
