Cet hôtel reçoit beaucoup d'équipe sportive et parents avec jeunes enfant. Mais les murs sont en papier et vous entendez et sentez (fumée de cigarette même si c'est intrtdit)très bien ce qui se passe dans la chambre de l'autre côté du corridor.||||Les chambres sont propres mais très petites. Nous avions une suite avec lit King et Queen. Mais il n'y a aucun espace pour circuler autour du lit. Il n'y a qu'une seule chaise pour 4 personnes et le micro-onde est minuscule.||||Nous avons du évacuer l'hôtel en pleine nuit pour une fausse alarme d'incendie...le personne de l'hôtel n'à rien fait pour réconforter les clients ni offert un rabais pour le stress et désagrément.||||La propreté générale n'est pas bonne, en 5 jours le tapis du corridor n'à jamais été nettoyé ( morceaux de chips sur le tapis) et comme le stationnement est en terre dès qu'il pleut il y a de la boue partout.||||Près des restaurants et rues principales et le wi-fi est bon. Si vos voisins sont silencieux vous passerez une nuit au calme.

Room itself is very nice and clean. Nothing to complain about there. Service however, a different story. First I called ahead of time to ask if I could check in a day early. Lady in the phone checked into it and then said no problem and it’s all taken care of. Only for me to get in that night and they say there’s nothing booked under my name for that night Whoever didn’t switch it, so almost ended up without a place to stay that night. Even though I was told it was all switched. 2nd issue. My credit card chip wasn’t working so we tried a few more times. Can’t tap and it wouldn’t let me swipe it. Basically got told, if you can’t pay. We can’t do anything for you. Which yes I get. But he wasn’t the nicest. Ended up talking to the supervisor and she was more helpful. She resolved the issue right away.

I actually enjoyed it here at first the rooms were nice and clean. It was a very comfortable place to be at. When I had my room there. And the staff at first were very friendly and welcoming and and just made the hotel have a very positive vibe. And then when my best friend was staying there and I went to see her. And my friend kinda miss informed me when she got her room switch told me to stay in the other room as she had it still and no one was coming to clean it and check it out till morning. So I did and my boyfriend wanted to extend it for us which we didn't think it was going to be a problem he went down and paid for the paid the damage deposit everything was all good till my friend told the hotel that she told us she to leave that room and couldn't stay in the room when I have messages stating different. Where the manager then decided to call the cops on us and kick us out and even though my friend told us different then what she told the hotel and we paid for the night that my friend should of been charged for since she was the one that told us it was all good. Tbe money we paid for the next night went to the night she should of had to pay. And now they won't even let us back on the property. Even though my friend and I worked our shit out and we are good. We are not even aloud on the property to even go and visit her but will let anyone else. We were very cooperated the day the misunderstanding happened with the rooms and still paid for the night and didn't have a issue. Like even the cops agreed that my friend should of been charged and that it obviously was a misunderstanding but the manager refused to listen to our side instead pretty much just banned us for no reason and made us pay for a night that he should of been charging my friend for telling us different cause if she would of told us differently we would just paid it but she said said she still had it till morning and was even hanging up in the room all night too. If it wasn't for this incident I honestly would have nothing bad to say about this hotel and would recommend it but now I gotta say is be careful cause you don't have to do anything wrong and you will get banned and not aloud back for no reasoning what so ever. And kept my stuff that was left in my friends room and wouldn't even let me grab it. The manager is a real asshole and will keep your stuff. And not let you get it. Nor listen to your side of the story of the incident that happened with my friend. And let's people get away with robbing other people.

Was compelled to make a review after quite the experience last night. We arrived (family of four plus dog) and were immediately hit up by pan handlers, drunk people outside and what seemed like a large amount of “women of the night”walking around the parking lot, inside the lobby and on the same floor as us. While they were friendly, their clientele or bosses (unsure - didn’t ask!) were very unfriendly and felt scary (a lot of yelling and aggressive behaviour). Our floor stunk of smoke, there was underwear in the hall, and random doors were open to the hall to the rooms, where people were “partying” in as we walked by.

We went into our room, which was extremely hot (even though the heater wasn’t on), hair was on the floor and a large cockroach walked by. We noped out of there. I’ve never had to cancel a stay on the spot somewhere.

The front desk staff were very lovely (hence the 5 star for service) and allowed us to cancel our two night stay immediately. I really felt for them as they are trying to manage a difficult situation. I hope they get support from Ramada as that is a safety risk to their staff. In theory the location is good to ikea, etc, but it location seems to moonlight as a shady “house of repute”.

We stayed there while at a concert in Edmonton and the rooms were very dirty, cigarette burns on sheets, hair in bed that was not ours. Broken toilet, dirty baseboards in bathroom. Garbage under beds. So bad that we asked for a new room which the manager was very accommodating and tried to be as helpful as he could. The new room sheets had stains. We did get new sheets brought up. Would not recommend as it also seems to be a bad area, some dishevelled people loitering. I can say the manager tried his best to help us but would never ever return.

First impression as soon as we arrived at the property a man ripped out of the lobby on a bike. Check in was as you expected. Key card was an issue the whole stay, would have to be inserted multiple times before opening the door. Laundry services were down for Saturday but opened later Sunday. Trying to get change to use them was a ring around. FD said to head to the lounge or restaurant for change. Waitress working both lounge and restaurant said it was FD responsibility to provide us with that, went back to FD and was told they only had $5 & $20 bills. Had to walk to a liquor for change. Washers were dirty and previous guests laundry in the only dryer so had to attempt to air dry work clothes. Guests next door slamming their door on and off for 5 hours. As we were leaving we noticed poop on the floor in multiple locations. When telling FD at c/o their response was a simple “okay”.

Very nice stay in a good location in South Edmonton. We found the water pressure in the bathroom off the bedroom has low water pressure. Our stay was quiet and the staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean and the room itself was roomy ❤️ excellent choice for a couple days stay.
