L'hotel est moderne et propre. Les chambers sont bien equipées avec des cuisinettes des machines a laver et secheuses. Le stationnement sous-sol est très commode durant l'hiver. Toutes les employés de l'hotel que j'ai connu sont très gentil.

This is an awesome place to stay! It’s very similar to an Air bnb but I don’t think they are available in other areas (ex. Edmonton has more of a hotel room feel). It was super convenient to have access to my own kitchen and the staff were so kind. They made the trip a lot easier and I got a lot of work done (I also had a lot of down time). I went on this trip to get out of the city and work on some future pursuits. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed for 7+ nights. Loved the 2 bedroom suites! Can't believe the space provided - 2 separate bathrooms/bedrooms, washer/dryer, living room space, and kitchen area! Secure underground parking is also available. The price was great; within my price range. Had no problems making changes to my reservation dates a few days prior to my trip (changed checkout dates) online. No gym or pool (but it wasn't important to me for this trip). Will definitely book here again if I come back.

The hotel is clean but service could be better. Customer service training for the morning shift receptionist is highly recommended. Very inconvenient hotel, you need to go out of the building to be able to get your breakfast. No washroom in the lobby. I stayed in a room that does not have a window in the bedroom. I’m not so sure if all rooms are designed that way. The building is designed as residential condo and converted to a hotel.

Clean modern rooms w/ comfy beds however when compared to other hotels in the area with comparable suites, the Ramada could do better.

It has the advantage of having a full oven in the room which was nice for my extended stay. However, there were a few things I feel were missing for the rate you're paying...thermostat locked (stayed during summer heatwave - ac couldn't keep up), no ice machine in the building (ice buckets provided in room though?), no breakfast offering (or at least none advertised during check-in/front desk interactions), and no business centre despite being advertised.

I stay in hotels for work a little over five months a year and things like an ice machine or decent climate control are an expectation, fix those and this review would be more positive.

We spend a night on this hotel- it's kinda an apt of one bedroom- full kitchen and completed with laundry machine. It's a quite place and so comfortable. Restaurants close by. Definitely we will stay in this hotel again.

Of all the hotels I've been to, this is the best. I've been here for more than a month. Nice rooms, friendly front desk. As to the thermostat and the AC unit, it is a little complicated. I downloaded the manual and was able to set it to my comfort temperature. Sometimes the AC unit would stop work, all you have to do is to open the sliding door to to the closet where the unit is hiding, shut the power off for 10 minutes, turn it back on, you'll be good.

I checked in for the night last minute, taking advantage of the wonderful rate Ramada had to offer for the Queen Bed Suite.

The room was immaculate, modern and comfortable.
However what truly separated this evening from other past stays in the area, was the front desk staff. Marianne and company, thank you for your knowledgeable professionalism and courtesy. It was truly a breath of fresh air!
