I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I was unexpectedly charged over $400, despite being informed earlier that the total would be around $300, including a $50 cleaning fee. This discrepancy is confusing and concerning, as I was not informed of any additional charges at the time of checkout.

When I called to clarify the cleaning fee, I was told it was due to a spot that could not be removed. However, I barely used the room and ensured it was left in spotless condition. This explanation does not align with my experience, and I feel these additional charges are unfair and unjustified.

I would appreciate a detailed breakdown of the charges and a prompt explanation of why the final total was significantly higher than what was initially communicated. This experience has been very disappointing, and I hope you will take this feedback seriously and resolve the issue appropriately.

Great Stay at Ramada!
The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Breakfast at the partner restaurant was really good — the lady there was also very kind and made us feel at home. Overall, a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend!

Staff were the best and were extremely helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Nice location and quiet. Breakfast was next door and was a buffet. Lots of selection. Beds were cozy with a selection of pillows. Definitely would stay again when in the area.

Room was nice aside from some dead light bulbs, both the shower and the sink drain were clogged and drained very slowly. The toilet seat also was worn badly and looked a little janky. There was no 'do not disturb' sign and when housekeeping came they didn't do much. They made the bed and took the trash bags but didn't leave any new towels (took the used ones).

The pool was nice and clean and heated which was great. The hot tub didn't have jets, it was alright. TV didn't have many channels but they had the basics.

The included breakfast is at the Indian restaurant on the property and it's not good. Awful actually. There was a hair in my food and the pancakes are obviously frozen from a box. And the floor in the restaurant was so sticky my feet were sticking to the floor as I walked around.

Front desk was very nice and helpful. Would I stay here again? Probably not unless I had to. But it wasn't terrible over all.

The employees we interacted with both on the phone and in person were friendly and helpful, and we did find the beds comfortable. However, the consensus among the families we were traveling with as part of a sports team was the rooms were not clean to the standard one would expect of a hotel. For us, small stray hairs in the bed and on a towel were the main concern.

We were sure to wear our socks when walking in the room, so we were relieved to see the main flooring was clean when dirt wasn’t present on the bottom of our socks. I can’t say the same for the bathroom floor. Plus, the bottom of the shower curtain was dirty and two of the body towels had stains.

Next time we are traveling with the team to the area, we will be choosing to stay elsewhere.
