Elizabeth has magic in her hands. She is completely knowledgeable and has worked on every member of my family to help overcome muscle issues. I have been seeing her for about 10 years now, and 6 of those were while I was in cancer care. She really showed her wide ability within her profession to manage post-chemo flushing that assisted me with healing, targeting and releasing scar tissue from the many surgeries and now, keeping me in good shape to continue to paint. DO book a Cranio-Sacral appointment which will help to reset your systems. What I love about Elizabeth is her skill in linking with other practitioners in the valley to provide integrated care, her detailed note-keeping that helps to assist with ongoing issues, and her sunny personality. She's in this for the long run and has a distinct talent and knowledge of anatomy for a holistic approach to healing and getting your body where it should be. There are many times that I don't want to leave her office, but stay on that table! I highly recommend her as the most skilled RMT in the Bow Valley (and I have tried a few over the years.)

Ever since moving to Calgary from Canmore, one of the things I miss the most is not the mountains but massages from Elizabeth! She is the massage therapist that massage therapists go to. She is skilled, experienced and does a good job of explaining what she sees in my body at the anatomy level, which I appreciate. Her hands are strong, confident and sure. And best of all, we always have just the best, soul-filling conversations ever. I highly recommend her.
