I recently ordered Paneer 65 Biryani as a takeout, and I’m quite disappointed with the quality. The biryani was extremely dry, lacked any gravy or moisture, and was almost completely tasteless. This isn’t the first time either — I’ve had similar disappointing experiences at least three times before when ordering through Uber Eats. It seems like there’s a serious inconsistency in quality, especially with takeout orders. I expected a flavorful, well-prepared dish, but unfortunately, it keeps falling short. Really hope the restaurant addresses this issue for regular customers like me.

Had my sister’s bridal shower here and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. They even had gluten free options. The staff were absolutely amazing and helped me plan the bridal shower. This place is very clean and beautifully decorated.

It was our first time but we had always driven by wanting to try. The restaurant was beautiful, the decor was perfect and the bench seating and chairs were very comfy.
Food was made fresh to order and when brought to the table the aromas were mouthwatering.
Service was attentive and the price for the two of us only came to $37 with us bringing home food to enjoy later.
We will be back!

This is the best Indian restaurant in Brantford. I ordered Chicken RRR for starters, Chicken Dum Biryani, their special chicken curry (I forgot the name), butter Naan, Chicken 65 Biryani, and Mysore Masala Dosa for the main course. Every dish was delicious and highly recommendable. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly. The biryani came with tasty chutney and salad. The sambhar and chutneys served with the dosa were also fantastic. Chicken 65 biryani could’ve been better. The ambiance is great, with a picture-perfect area near the washroom and beautiful wall paintings. It’s an excellent spot for friends and family.

We recently ordered delivery from one of the online apps from Rangoli. We have wanted to try their food for several months and we enjoy trying Indian food. We ordered the Chicken Shezwan noodles and they had a great flavour and the right amount of spice. We also had the Chicken fried rice and it also had a great flavour and was well cooked. The Aloo Gobi dish was my favourite. It had a great curry flavour and the vegetables were fresh and cooked to the right consistency. We also ordered the Butter Chicken and the flavour was great but it felt like the portion of chicken was a bit light compared to the other dishes. Lastly, we ordered a side of naan and it was also delicious. Overall we quite enjoyed the food and had leftovers for a few days for lunch. We will definitely be back again for either dine-in or takeout. Great food at a very reasonable price.

Had such a wonderful lunch here today! It is absolutely beautiful inside. So colourful. The staff was very friendly and made suggestions of what to order. MMmMMMmMm. You must visit and experience Rangoli. Bring some friends and share the food. I will be back, and next time will be bringing friends to share the experience with.

So after one year i am changing my review

I was a loyal customer of this restaurant since day one and initially had a 5-star experience. However, my recent order was disappointing due to the manager, Sushma’s unprofessional behaviour.

The food arrived cold, without onions or chutney, and When I asked for a recommendation, she seemed unfamiliar with menu prices and gave incorrect information. It’s the restaurant’s responsibility to update menu prices on Uber Eats, not the customer’s fault.

Despite requesting Karahi Chicken with bone, I received boneless. When I called to request a replacement or pay the difference for a bone-in dish, she rudely refused and offered no resolution.

This experience, marked by rude behavior and poor service, was unacceptable and far below the standards I initially appreciated.
