Every summer, your store's "homemade" $1.50 Spritz drinks sell out too quickly.

Many times, I went to buy them around 2 or 3 p.m., and they've already sold out.

I hope you can consider this and schedule a restock at noon or in the afternoon.

Restock it. Thank you!

The pharmacy section is a complete disaster and joke , they told me to wait just 2 prescribed eye drops for one day and so .. after I wasted 20 minutes in a queue.

Don’t go there ,stay away

Updated Review:

I normally purchase my restaurant groceries from this supermarket, including around 20 milk can at a time. Occasionally, staff have helped by overwriting and adjusting the count so each can doesn’t need to be scanned individually. However, at other times I’m told that due to the security system, every cane must be scanned separately, requiring me to unload all 20 into the cart for scanning, then reload them back into the cart, and again into my car.

This process is both time-consuming and physically demanding, especially compared to other stores in the area that provide assistance for bulk purchases. As a local business owner, I value supporting nearby stores, but the lack of consistent help here makes it difficult to continue shopping at this location.

I hope the management will take customer needs into account and review their policy to make the shopping experience more efficient and accommodating.

Disappointing Online Grocery Experience – Needs Serious Improvement

I’ve been doing online grocery shopping with Superstore since last year and had hoped to leave a good review if the service improved—but unfortunately, it hasn’t.

Almost every time I place an online grocery order, I receive items with short expiry dates (sometimes within the same week) or even spoiled products. It’s frustrating to constantly deal with returns and complaints. I honestly feel like the staff responsible for picking online orders are not doing their job properly or checking product quality at all.

This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve had—consistently. In contrast, my experience with Walmart’s online grocery service has been excellent. They always provide fresh items with long expiry dates and better overall service.

Message to Superstore: Please ensure your staff take more care when fulfilling online orders. Customers deserve fresh products and proper quality checks.

Thanks.

Superstore has become increasingly frustrating to shop at due to the lack of staffed cashiers. Long lineups are now the norm, and the store seems to be relying heavily on self-checkout systems. While that may be a cost-saving move for the company, it comes at the expense of customer experience.

It’s clear that they are cutting down on employee hours or staffing fewer cashiers to save money—possibly to boost profits rather than reinvest in service. This leads to overcrowded checkout areas, unnecessary delays, and a generally stressful end to an otherwise straightforward shopping trip.

The store still offers good variety and pricing, but the checkout experience has significantly declined. If customer satisfaction matters, they need to bring back more human cashiers. Not everyone wants to do the job themselves, especially when buying a full cart of groceries.

Its affordable and close to home. I dont buy frozen goods, as most have been thawed and refrozen. Check your best before dates. Labeled fresh, expires the same day if it isnt expired or expiring.

I have been a regular customer at this Superstore for years. Unfortunately, we’ve had repeated unpleasant experiences with a cashier named Radha. Her behavior is consistently rude and dismissive. This is the second time in a row. We expect a more respectful customer service experience. Hope the management takes this seriously. I came with my dad, she doesn’t know how to talk respectively with elder people.
