First off just being greeted by friendly staff nice clean environment, but to know that I need to get out and get worked on serviced and take care of my body for those who aren’t getting massages or patties or facials or whatever I highly recommend going down and seeing the staff at Red Deer steam spa and steam showers are just amazing All the fresh I’m hooked. I’m totally hooked thanks guys.

I wish I could give 10 stars I can honestly not say enough good things about this place. It was my first time and definitely won't be my last, I think I've found my new getaway place. Everything from atmosphere, comfortability, affordability, feeling 100% taken care of while Even having the best chat to go with it was all there. I had Miranda for a steam and massage and what was only and hour and a half felt like heaven and made my stress melt away and left feeling like a million bucks. I did not catch the receptionists name but she too was amazing and super friendly. Can't wait to go back!

My husband and I treated ourselves to a steam and couples massage and found our experience to be exceptional the entire time.

The steam was wonderful. We felt really relaxed and rejuvenated after. It was really nice to be supplied a blow dryer to dry my hair after!

We were serviced by Tracy and Nevada and both ladies were fantastic. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. We both couldn’t believe how great of an experience we had. As regular massage goers, these ladies knocked it out of the park.

I must say I was really impressed with just how clean this spa was. You can tell they really go the extra mile.

I highly recommend Red Deer Steam and Spa. The staff were so incredibly friendly and it was a great treat for my husband and I.

I always see Elizabeth for a brow and lip wax. She always remembers me and my son cause sometimes I have to bring him. She remembers the conversations we had at the previous appointment. She also does a great job on my brows and lip, she’s quick and precise. The staff you see when you first walk in are super welcoming too. Just a great place to be.

Had an unbelievably HORRIBLE experience at this spa this evening. My boyfriend and myself have been coming here since it’s been open, he works away and every two weeks when he’s home we usually go for a steam at least once sometimes twice in that week so we are regulars here. We have collected a lot of punch cards over this period of time that after 5 steams you get a free one. Last time we came which was under a week ago the receptionist collected all of the cards we had and it equaled out to two free steams. She told us our last steam was free , and the next one would be as well. It was a clear conversation that she was going to collect and keep the cards and then write a note on the file about our next steam being free. Tonight we came thinking we were receiving our second free steam and everything was fine. While in the steam I got a rude text from the front desk saying we actually didn’t have a free one and demanded that we pay. Came out and the owner was on the phone basically saying we were lying and argued with me over the 37.50 for over 15 minutes !!!! What a way to end a relaxing steam being treated this way by this establishment. We could care less about the money it’s the fact that they didn’t honor what they said. Make sure you keep your cards and DO NOT LET THEM HOLD ONTO THEM. I’m mind blown the way we got treated tonight and we will never be back. Please do not support this establishment !!! She lost loyal customers over 37.50. BUT IF you do ever want to get charged over 300$ for the worst couples facial you’ve ever had in your life where they do absolutely nothing then definitely come here !!!!

My husband and I booked a couples massage here and our experience was just okay. It was our first massage ever and really looking forward to it so we were a bit disappointed. In hindsight we should have booked with RMTs instead of massage technicians but when booking a couples massage online it seemed the only difference/distinction was being able to bill to benefits which we didn’t require. It wasn’t straightforward when booking a couple massage that we were booking a relaxation massage instead of a deep tissue massage. For the value/cost I would not recommend a relaxation massage. I would make sure to book a deep tissue instead if you are going to be spending money out of pocket to get a massage.

We enjoyed a steam, then a massage and pedicure. Kamryn and Elizabeth were experienced, knowledgeable and loads of fun. If you are booking with Steam and Spa I highly recommend getting in with these ladies. Excellent experience and we will be going again and again. Thanks ladies!

Had a lovely steam with my husband for my birthday! Staff were friendly, location was clean and esthetically appealing. Would go back again!
