For me it's the best coffee place ever. The place is nice with the nicest and kindest staff, drinks are always well made and amazing, food and bakery is amazing, they change their menu quite often which is nice as well even though I used to love some of the old sandwiches they had. Not too mention, it's the place where I met my husband for the first time! So I really really cannot recommend this place enough. Me and my husband LOOOOVE IT and still enjoy coming whenever we have the time

I’ve stopped by a few times when I’m in the area. It has a nice vibe for a solo work session or catching up with friends and a cute gallery in the back area. Staff are okay. Not particularly friendly and sometimes it feels like you’re bothering them—especially on my first visit when I had a couple of questions. It’s usually not too difficult to find seating (parking is a different story). Enjoy the food and especially the coffee, though the food does seem a bit pricey for the quality you’re getting. I would likely come back for the coffee.

One of my favourite coffee shops. Staff are friendly, the food & coffee is great, and the ambiance is on-point. Most recently had the sunrise wrap and it was great!
They have vegetarian and vegan options (e.g. chia pudding, smoothies).
They have vegan and GF options.

Really cute find downtown. I had a vanilla cardamom latte and it was great. The barstool seating at the window is the perfect place for some leisurely people-watching and journaling.
The staff are super friendly, lots of seating inside, and a cool collective art gallery in the back to check out.

Visited Red Church Café today and tried the vanilla cardamom latte—my first time having cardamom in coffee instead of tea, and it was surprisingly good! The flavor was subtle yet distinct, perfectly balanced with the vanilla. The ambiance was cozy with great decor and a relaxing vibe. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!

Nice and peaceful place.Enjoy a healthy lunch and maybe treat yourself to a few baked goods while having hot/cold drinks. Pricing is very reasonable with all they have to offer. Downtown Hamilton on King st east and John st. Very clean and sometimes has exhibits in the back part of the facility.

I think the place is cute and very aesthetically pleasing. It's a smaller shop, but doesn't seem so busy that you wouldn't get a place to sit. I went for brunch. I didn't really like the menu. It came off a bit bland and basic; nothing stuck out or excited me.

I got a salad and a smoothie. I added protein to the salad, chicken... But the salad still didn't really hit the spot. Whatever dressing they used didn't have much flavor but it was so thick and hard to spread; it's a dense salad but nothing to really cut the richness and heaviness. The smoothie was also bland. It tasted almost flavorless. A little lemon juice, a little apple cider vinegar, something to brighten it up? No offense, but I've had way better smoothies from booster juice and real fruit smoothies.

The place is not cheap, so I was disappointed that the food fell short for me. However, this is my personal experience based on my preference and taste.

The staff was extremely kind and timely. I tipped because of the service, but not the food.
