What an amazing place in our little town of Haliburton! Instructors are all top notch, classes are challenging but fun and geared to all levels of fitness. The community within R+R is awesome, welcoming and caring! If work didn't get in the way I'd be there every day! I highly recommend you check it out.

Absolutely recommend Rest and Reform! I'm consistently impressed by the quality of the classes and the infectious energy and positivity of the instructors. Every session I’ve attended has been top-notch. The spin classes, especially Rhythm and Rage rides with Shay and Chyna, are standout experiences—dynamic, fun, and incredibly motivating. These classes are seriously too good to miss!

I'd had a tough few years and my fitness levels were at an all-time low. R and R was ramping up it's offerings just when I retired and had time to dedicate to myself. I have never felt more welcomed and encouraged in my life and have happily participated in a broad range of classes for the past 15 months. All humans are welcome and your age doesn't matter, nor your abilities. This is a safe environment where kindness rules and you can make friends. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I like to call it my Happy Place. Shay & Sarah have not only created an inviting and fun place to be, but have also built a community with so many amazing people who support them. From the classes, the instructors, the encouragement, the knowledge, the skill, to the fun, the challenge, the restore... Reform + Restore has got it all. You will not be disappointed with your experience...these women make sure everyone feels welcome to come as they are!

On class 2 of Reform and Revive Pilates and I love it! I was a little nervous going in but the instructor, Rachel, was great and it was easy to adjust the class to my level of fitness. The whole place has a very inviting vibe. I would highly recommend to everyone!

LOVE the Hub!! As a 55yr old woman, that just started working out, I find it a very welcoming environment. Total Body Strength with Robyn is always fun with lots of encouragement to make the most of her classes. I look forward to it every week!!

Went to my first Pilates class here a few weeks ago and it was so great! It’s the perfect workout and Rachel made it so easy to understand how to use the reformer, giving me tips whenever needed. Have already been back and brought my sister! Highly recommend!
