Amazing place and Jeanette did a fantastic job on my hair. I got highlights and a haircut, I had showed her a photo of what I was hoping to get close to in hair colour and she absolutely nailed it. It’s also just such a great and positive environment to be in. 10/10 recommend ☺️

I went in after having a very bad hair dye job at another salon. I booked last minute and was able to be squeezed in. I saw carolee and she talked me through everything she was doing to make sure I was happy and fixed up my hair to be almost exact the picture that I showed her of what I wanted. I was worried my hair was so bad it couldn't be fixed but I left very happy. It was toned beautifully and looked very natural. The price was reasonable for how much I got done. I will definitely be going back

I was very impressed with this salon. Their work was excellent. They are a very caring kind group of ladies. I had a fall on my way to my appointment and they looked after me in such a kind and helpful way. I would highly recommend them as a group who really care about their clients.

Carolee was the one doing my hair. She was really aggressive with my hair. pulling it too hard, but I was afraid to say anything because she had been snarky with me right from the start.

I specifically requested Goldwell hair colour. She said she had two colours of blue in Goldwell, but then She used some other brand. I’m not too impressed. She left some parts blonde. She charged my mom Goldwell price which is way more.

The radio was way too loud and it was playing country music. I requested to change it or turn it down but she just flat out said no. That didn’t make me very happy. Now I have to find somewhere else to colour my hair to get it fixed. I’m not at all impressed with the lack of professionalism at this business.

My mom was considering getting her hair coloured there too but she won’t be returning, either. Two very unhappy locals. We do not recommend.

I phoned to book an appointment yesterday, and booked for today at 4pm. When I arrived for my appointment, I was coldly greeted and then informed "we had you booked for yesterday". I said "I only phoned to book yesterday." As a potentially new client, I'm very disappointed. If I had an appointment and didn't show up for it, wouldn't you phone to ask where I am? The woman who spoke to me didn't offer any alternative bookings or other options, and now I am without hair services before a major event. Looks like I am back on the hunt for a salon in Bracebridge.
