I had a facial and dermaplaning with Kayla today. The entire experience including the check-in, the service performed, and the check out was efficient, friendly, and professional. Kayla's sweet personality made me feel welcome and safe, and her education and experience gave me confidence that I was receiving the best care for my skin. She was able to answer my questions and give advice without a high pressure sales pitch. This was an excellent experience and I'll definitely be back!

Staff are super friendly, and make you feel very comfortable. I was a little self-conscious about having a facial, but Kayla made me feel right at ease. It was a great experience. I will be back.

I had such a fantastic experience at Renew Medical Aesthetics and Laser. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions with care and professionalism. Renew is such a beautiful place and has amazing staff especially Alora! I have been suffering with acne for years, and she has helped me my skin and my confidence! she is the best would recommend going to her If you wanna feel and look your very best, such an amazing human being ❤️

Steph was fantastic! So clear and explained the process really well. I would highly recommend her 10/10. 🙌🏽 As for the laser hair removal itself I’ll have to be back in a few weeks and leave a review as I don’t know yet how it’ll turn it for me. This was my first time getting laser hair removal and I’m glad I went to Steph!
