I just had my first relaxation massage at the 1432 Wellington location. The experience was great from start to finish. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing and nicely decorated. The massage is customized to your wants and needs. I felt very comfortable and relaxed through. I will return and try other services as well!

I had my first ever hydrafacial with Laura. She was very knowledgeable, was able to recommend products for my skin and my concerns. She addressed any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process!!

The ladies at the front desk were also very welcoming and nice ! Can’t wait to go back

My most favourite spa in town! It’s not cheap but definitely worth the price! I’ve tried other spa and massage but always coming back to this place. Can’t find any better spa than Renu!

I had a weird pain at the back of my knee but after receiving Savannah’s massage, the pain was gone and it wasn’t swollen anymore.
She is fully booked for 1-2 months, so I recommend booking her in advance!

This is our first visit to Renu Spa. I went with my future daughter in law for a pedicure bonding moment before the big wedding day. My daughter in law had Ivy and she was amazing! I had Nicole and I felt she was rushing. Nicole is very nice but my experience wasn't. Nicole had completed me in half the time of the others. I felt her time management was a problem.I definitely didn't receive the same attention to detail as Ivy or the other technician where giving to their clients. I even had to ask Nicole to tidy up a toe after polish was applied. You could clearly see it wasn't cleaned thoroughly and I was at first to shy to say anything but when it was left as is, I spoke up. Very disappointing and this service isn't cheap here, I expected more!

I had my first hydrafacial treatment in Ottawa today. I booked a platinum hydrafacial service at Renu on Wellington. I gotta say, I’m beyond happy with the service! Angela was my technician today and she was careful, meticulous and just above all amazing. My skin never felt this good in years! It’s smooth, clean, radiant…just a like porcelain! Thank you so much and I can’t wait to head back in weeks!
