Conveniently located near Hwy 402, the Bridge to the USA (Port Huron, MI), local shopping, and places of worship. Room was comfortable and generously sized with an apartment size fridge and microwave, and a kitchen-type sink across. Room had 2 double beds, 2 desks with chairs, and a full private bath. If you are vertically or mobility challenged, you can request a step stool to get onto the bed, or even 1 of the accessible rooms with lower beds. (Most beds are higher to accommodate students' storage beneath throughout the school year )
Also available were kitchen facilities with various large and small appliances for your use (key obtained from front desk). Secure front entrance with 24-hour personnel and locked/alarmed alternate doors.
Need to catch the game on TV? While there isn't one in the room, the front desk can hook you up with the wall-sized video projected TV in the Games Room! (Pictures attached)

We booked 3 rooms for our family and had a great experience. Very convenient location just 7 minutes from the border. Very basic hotel, but we came here aware of that. Clean place, friendly staff, overall pleasant experience.

It’s our second time staying ay this property and we love it.
Luisa the owner is fantastic and try to communicate with you as much as possible.
The rooms are nice and clean.
It’s a perfect place if you want to go to the hot pools and not spend not too much money.
Should try the pizzeria Lucia, in the corner. It’s the best pizza in Italy.

This place is a dump. Do not stay here. Do not send your kids here either. Not worth the savings.
The staff will lie to you and are ignorant as well. They promised me a Smart TV and right after you pay you get none. You have to go to the front desk to get toilet paper rations. It's like a prison here, you have to go all the way to the front desk to get in or out. All the other doors are locked and alarmed. You need to get a special card to use the kitchen and then you have to take it back to the front after lunch or dinner.

The wallpaper is falling off the walls. The electrical is strange and looks like it is illegally installed. You're kids and you will probably get a few dents and large scratches on your legs since everything is sharp metal or sharp wood edges.

The HVAC may or may not work since it seems faulty as well.

I stayed in an old nun's residence once and it was 10 or 20 times better than this dump.

This was a very strange stay. It is a bunch of dorm rooms with cheap beds/mattresses and no tv, no coffee, no phone, no hair dryer. Many things you would expect of a hotel room are missing. The walls have ripped off wallpaper and holes. The rooms do not seem very clean. We could very clearly hear conversations in neighboring rooms. Front desk staff member was slow, confused, and eluded that the room I reserved ahead of time might not be ready even though we arrived at 9pm. It was a tolerable experience, but I would definitely not stay here again.

First off this room is a dorm room in a college residence.
Ok not the end of the world. Get to the room... it was filthy, 3 big black dead bugs in washroom so room was obviously not cleaned recently. The beds are horrible. Very thin cheap mattress on spring metal frame. Very bouncy very uncomfortable. No phone no coffee machine no tv.
Ac is set to lowest and its not pushing out very cold air.
Tapistry is riped in some places. Many holes in the walls... overall wouldnt recommend unless you really dont mind where you sleep as long as its 30$ cheaper right!

Lambton college Residence center includes all the facilities of recreation, entertainment and the rooms are cozy and well maintained. I loved it and i would recommend everyone to be having a stay here.
