Please Restore-do not lose Misty! She is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Someone calls her the “Knot Sniper” and I cannot agree more. First day I had with her, I was so shocked by how many knots she was able to get out!! She does amazing massages. And I’ve been getting massages for 10+ years and I promise you, I’ve never met someone who has more passion for massages than Misty.
Oh and Restore will ruin you by the way. Because they use… hot towels. And it’s seriously a game changer when going in for a massage. I’ve been going to this place for a year now and it’s the hot towels that I keep coming back for. The rooms are so clean, the music is always so relaxing and the beds are new and very high quality. I got massages here when I was pregnant and they provide high quality pillows as well.
Cannot recommend Misty enough!! I’m going to miss her since I’m moving overseas but you bet I’m coming back just to get a session! Overall, Restore is the best massage therapy you’re gonna get, great experiences all around.

Today was my first visit to Restore in New Minas. I told Dr Kehoe that I was looking for something magical to ease my pain. He didn't disappoint!
All the people I encountered (staff and patients alike) were very positive and friendly.
Clean, competent, personable and punctual... I highly recommend Restore.

You got pain No one telling you what it is! I have been diagnosed by 2 medical doctors with the wrong injury for 10 years of my career!! I have been working 23 years in the field.
DR. BRANDON put me threw the most amazing assessment.. to get the right answer.!!. now thanks to him... I have my career back!!! In no pain, not wearing brace and can practice happily for another 10 years!! THANK YOU DOCTOR BRANDON!!

I went for my first massage with Misty a couple of days ago and I told her she is a "knot sniper" and I definitely still stand by that!! She can find each knot in your back and release them no problem. She also did some neck and TMJ work - five stars! It's also a huge plus that she is such a nice person 🙂 I will rebook for sure!

Misty Hemphill gives an incredible therapeutic massage. She works on all those tricky spots but soothingly works out the inflammation. Wonderful healing hands.

I saw Brandon in the spring for some physio and he was awesome.
I recently had a massage from Misty because of some pretty bad pain in my arms and hands. She was amazing! She was very caring and helped me so much, I would recommend anyone to go see them if they have pain or haven't received the care they required elsewhere. Misty also did some magic on my jaw to help with grinding my teeth, wow I had no idea that was possible, I'm so glad I found this place.

Can't recommend enough! I'm literally in the least amount of pain and discomfort than I've been in a decade. Kelly is incredibly knowledgable and so accurately and easily pinpoints the root causes of stiffness and lack of mobility. Her active release techniques make a huge difference for me.

Same goes for RMT Misty. She's bang on immediately without wasting any time at all. She's thorough and her treatments are clearly 100% personalized to exactly what you need. She's clearly passionate about her work. No fluff, just relief. Highly recommend

THE BEST MASSAGE (April) AND CHIROPRACTOR (Brandon) TREATMENT IVE EVER HAD IN NS so far. The place is clean and well kept. Very friendly people too. From the receptionist, therapist and doctor. They take time to listen to your needs and will give you the best treatment. You will never regret going here. Im so glad ive found them.
