This was hands down the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The person who did my nails clearly had no skill at all and every time i tried telling her i wanted something changed she would half ass it and i would get the same shitty result. I asked for simple french tips, and every single nail is a different shape, size, and length. They’re crooked, uneven, and honestly look like a rushed DIY job rather than something I paid for at a salon. I’m genuinely so upset and angry because i have a trip the next day and don’t have time to fix them somewhere else because she took more then TWO HOURS for a simple set of french tips. She was using such an odd method that i’ve never seen before for french tips or any design and ugh i genuinely regret stepping foot in there it was the worst nail experience i’ve ever had and will never be going again, and will make sure others don’t either. I was overcharged for a completely awful set of ugly ass nails.

The entire process was uncomfortable and careless, and there was zero attention to detail, no professionalism, and clearly no understanding of what a proper nail set should look like. The only time she actually tried fixing anything (which she was unsuccessful in doing) was when she saw i was recording and taking photos of her work, and yet they’re still terrible! I’m actually embarrassed to walk around with these nails.

This place should not be in business if this is the standard they’re okay with. Save your time, money, and sanity—go literally anywhere else. Oh and don’t bother trying to trust the process, i learnt that the hard way. Wish i hadn’t cause what a waste of money.

Unfortunately, I have to give a one star review due to the unprofessional nature of my nail appointment today. I was getting a complex design acrylic set, medium length and I asked Helen if she felt comfortable with the design I requested. I even prepared multiple options if she said no. She said yes to my design (black and pink nails with stars on them). Half way through doing my nails, she said "We need to do a more simple design. This one takes too long." And quickly ushered me to do something else. I was confused but chose to get French tips instead of the original choice. The French tips I received are not very even, have missing spots on the sides of my nails, and felt very rushed considering she changed the design half way through. Additionally, she completely changed the shade of pink on a few of my nails because the other pink was "too sheer", so the pink does not match the base colour of my other nails. I'm disappointed. I chose Richelle nails because I saw examples of complex designs in reviews. It seems Helen did not want to try to do the design, and that's fine, but I would've appreciated her being honest and handing my nails over to someone who felt confident doing the design instead. Now I have paid an added $15+ for a design that is rushed and I didn't want to begin with. It's a shame.

I’ve been seeing richelle for my nails for almost 2 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience! She is always so kind and precise in her work. If you are looking for a reliable salon, here is the place.

It’s my first time at Richelle Nails and I am extremely disappointed as the service is worse I have ever experienced.
I walked in to have the full set service which is including the colour gel every where and there. First thing the environment wasn’t welcoming at all. They gave me a spot and when Helen came to me to do my nails, she didn’t even say hello to me I asked her name and tried to communicate while my nails service but no luck and right away so shortly asked for the picture I had for the nails design I was asked to have. When I asked for the colour samples she gave me only one set with colours they mostly did have. I wanted cat eye with a colour at the base. She said for the cat eye they charge $15 which I was ok even though most people charge $10. Then after I finally I chose the colour base which should be included with the full set she said it’ll be a separate $10 charge. I wasn’t happy but I still wanted my nails to be done so I said ok.
She didn’t removed my nails cuticles till I asked why she didn’t and when she removed them it was so late and it was after applying the acrylic. Please just see the attached pictures of what I asked for and what I walked out with. The first picture is what I asked for and the others are mine the same day of nail service.
The acrylic layer is super thick, the shapes are very ugly and the worst is the distance from my nails cuticle to the colour; it’s looking like a few weeks passed and my nails are grown.
It’s because she didn’t remove the cuticle at the beginning and also that’s a maybe a dirty strategy to bring back customers after a few days for refills.

It’s a shame to let a customer walk out with such an awful experience.

I had a truly amazing experience! Richelle was incredibly kind, highly professional, and worked very quickly without missing any details. The nail shape is extremely precise, and the color application is flawless. Everything looks absolutely beautiful and perfect. I’m really happy with the service and will definitely be coming back!

As a long time customer of over 3 years I will not be returning.
I’d like to start off by saying that Richelle herself is lovely, and you can tell really cares about her business.
Recently got a set done, a short length fill with a design on 6 out of 10 nails, with some gold gems came to 100$ after 18% tip (about12$?)
In under a week almost all the round gems had fallen off, the ones that had stayed on were different slightly larger gems that had lost their colour and turned clear. Looked ridiculous. I had the small round gems on a previous set, and they didn’t fall off so they were obviously put on poorly this time. The lady who did my nails was obviously new, I had never seen her before and she seemed nervous to do a design. She was lovely, and mistakes happen.
I called to make an appointment to get them fixed. They unfortunately sat me with Queenie. Beyond incompetent and rude. She said it’s normal for them to loose their colour and fall off, basically brushing me off with a what can I do attitude. She said she doesn’t have the little round gold gems, only the ones that loose colour. I said well won’t it just loose the colour again? She said yes. I said okay, what should I do here because I don’t want clear gems? She started getting angry and saying that’s all she can do for me.
I work in the service industry, I promise you I am the furthest from a karen customer you can have.
But if an employee is getting mad at me, for simply trying to come get my nails FIXED after they didn’t last the week and cost 100$
I told her I don’t know why you are getting so mad, I’m just trying to get my nails fixed. She kept angry rambling saying she’s not mad. At this point Richelle came to takeover for her employee.
Richelle put the gems back on my nails, (the ones Queenie said they didn’t have, might I add) and sent me on my way.
While I’m writing a review I should also mention that anytime Jenny has done mine or my friends nails they have been some of the worst done nails I have ever seen.
I have had many bad experiences and poorly done nails and kept coming back due to its close proximity to my house. But I am finally at a loss, I’d rather drive 45 minutes elsewhere, pay less for better quality.
My suggestion, if you can’t get in with Richelle (or the other older lady, can’t remember her name but she’s also a queen) just don’t go.

The salon provides stunning solar acrylic nails, and the pedicure service is as impressive. There are no liquid scents in the space, which is quite pleasant! The personnel here is pleasant and polite, and they immediately made me feel at ease. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time, and everything was ready for me when I arrived.
