I went here with a friend for their women-only 1-hour circuit and it was absolutely amazing. The entire space was clean and inviting, and the staff were incredibly kind. It is a smaller space than I expected, but I liked that it was small so there weren't that many people and it felt quite private. The sauna and steam room were lovely to sit in and I loved the salt rock room as well. The cold plunge pool is insanely cold and we both couldn't stay in for very long, but it helped our muscles out so much. I will definitely come back again!

Fantastic sauna experience! The cleanliness was impeccable – everything felt spotless and well-maintained. The wood was in excellent condition, and there were plenty of clean towels available. The temperature was just right, and the ventilation was good. A really pleasant and hygienic experience overall. Exacty what I needed. I'll definitely be back!

I was not impressed with this place. Too expensive for what we got. No warm pool, very little room, plus one had to pay for a robe. Every Spa I’ve been to the robes were included. They didn’t offer us the free footwear either. We sat in the steam room for a bit but then I asked a staff member I thought there was a Eucalyptus steam room here? He said oh we do have one our bowl must be empty. It’s like the staff weren’t keeping on top of things or checking in on people. The good things were that my sister and I pretty much had the place to ourselves. We also enjoyed each others company but again, for what I got I was really disappointed, especially since this was a birthday present for my sister. Patio was not even relaxing and even the Himalayan salt room was lacking. 1 change room as well. So for the amount I was charged for a 2 hr ritual weekend without a massage for 2 people , I could have taken her to a spa for the same price with more options. We definitely won’t be coming back here again.

I have never been this relaxed before.

Seriously, I am completely reconsidering my approach to self care and relaxation, thanks to the wonderful time I had at Ritual doing their Nordic Circuit.

Both the steam and sauna rooms were fantastic. I couldn't handle the cold pool, but the ice water bucket was plenty effective. And the salt room was so peaceful. I managed 3 full and 1 short circuit during my two hour stay, and the only thing I was left wanting for was more time!

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially for someone like me who had never been to a spa at all before this.

Short visit from Vancouver and decided to stop in at Ritual Nordic Spa to check it out and plan for my next visit. I brought my friend with me and immediately on arrival, we were welcomed and invited to look at the services available. I asked if my friend and I could have a tour. No problem, the lovely woman toured myself and friend, explaining the different areas and options. It was great and I loved the location, the set up of the Spa and the service offerings. The prices were good and offered something for everyone. I would definitely put the Ritual Nordic Spa on my wellness list for a restorative visit to Victoria 💕👌

This is my new destination for relaxation! My business, Emerald Day Spa, is a boutique spa without amenities, so when clients ask for a space with those offerings, this is definitely where I’ll be sending them. The space is bright, clean, welcoming, and so much fun. The community aspect of this experience was unlike any other. I often find that people can be a bit reserved in open-concept spaces, but not here—everyone was open and friendly, which made the experience even better.

Christine at the front desk was absolutely fabulous—warm, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. At first, we were a little surprised to pay before starting the circuit, but by the end, it was actually a relief not to worry about payment after such a relaxing experience.

A few small suggestions that could make the experience even better: an extra towel for our hair, a second blow dryer, and some body lotion in the bathroom

I’m really looking forward to trying the silent circuit, and I’ll definitely be back with my girlfriends for ladies' night!

After two hours at Ritual, I felt 1,000 pounds lighter—I highly recommend it!

Absolutely love this experience every time. Staff are friendly; services and facilities are top notch; and I love recently the temp of the wet sauna has gone back up, which shows me Ritual management is responsive to feedback.

The atmosphere is very Nordic/Scandinavian, being minimalist and cozy, which I appreciate.

If I were to say anything - I did like the the tea in the Himalayan salt room (which isn’t there anymore?), that was a nice way to chill out between sessions. But honestly - I have really have no complaints…it’s the perfect adult ‘time out.’ ♥️

Baffled at some of the negative reviews. The space is well thought out, very clean and the staff fantastic. The sauna gets plenty hot and I’ve gone at peak hours and had to wait 5 minutes maximum for a seat.the value for money is quite reasonable, especially if you buy a pack.

If I had any feedback it would be to figure out some ventilation in the rest room as it can get a bit smelly/ripe in there.
