I love this place! Everyone is so kind, and the massage therapists are all filled with personality! It’s just the matter of finding the right one for you— if your first time here didn’t live up to your expectations, then just request someone else next time you go! All of them have different strengths, so you have to find the one who aligns with you.

The rooms are warm, and smell very nice. The atmosphere is very relaxing!

I recently visited River Stone Massage and Wellness on Friday, September 20, for a 60-minute prenatal massage with Diwannie. At 28 weeks pregnant, I was dealing with significant lower back pain, Achilles heel discomfort, and severe carpal tunnel issues. Additionally, I have chronic eczema, and while my flare-up was calming down, I was still self-conscious about some remaining rashes.

From the moment I arrived, Diwannie was incredibly kind and understanding. She reassured me that my comfort was her priority. Her compassionate approach truly made a difference, and I felt a wave of relief just preparing for the massage.

During the session, Diwannie was thorough and attentive, addressing my pain points while ensuring I felt at ease. I left feeling refreshed and with a sense of relief I hadn’t experienced in a while.

I can’t wait to return for a 90-minute massage next time! Thank you, Diwannie, for your kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Make sure to remind front counter staff that you have benefits since they directly bill. Even though I stated this during my booking, the receptionist did not ask me at the time of payment. I did get a refund done (10 mins later), but it will not show up on my credit card for 2-3 weeks.
Lina massage therapist was great, but I have had exceptional quality & services elsewhere.
The location is convenient, so maybe as a backup is my thought.

I had an excellent experience with Harpreet Dohroo at Riverstone Wellness Centre. Over seven weeks, she helped relieve my neck pain and significantly improve my back pain through a combination of exercises, stretches, laser therapy, shockwave therapy, ultrasound, and Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation.

Harpreet was inquisitive, professional, and personable always adapting her approach to best meet my needs. Thanks to her expertise, I now have an ongoing strength and stretching routine to maintain my progress at home. I truly appreciate her dedication and care, which made a real difference in my recovery.

I don't even want to leave a review because I feel like River Stone is my secret weapon for my health, but they deserve to be shared! Every practitioner I have seen including Aline and Hermes for massage has been absolutely outstanding!!! I'm not sure what the selection process is, but they are doing it right!
