La clientèle apprécie les chambres tres belles, la literie excellente et l'au calme. Le jacuzzi tient sa promesse et est une étape super pour se détendre. La chambre est parfaite, bien meublée et la salle de bain est de qualité. Cependant, les clients ont signalé qu'il y a souvent un vide entre la porte et le couloir, ce qui permet la lumière du couloir de pénétrer dans la chambre et de bien entendu entendre les bruits du couloir.

This is a lovely inn that’s been well renovated. It is often unstaffed, but getting in with email instructions was a snap. Our only complaint is that there was a big gap around the door to the hallway - so bright light from the hall spilled in around the edges and you could hear people in the hall very clearly.
The room itself is lovely, nicely furnished and the bathroom is top notch.

Very clean comfortable well equipped inn! Great shower (walk in) in bath. Owner (Barb) very pleasant, there is both a sauna and outdoor hot tub, with gazebo and seating overlooking the marina and river. A few restaurants within walking distance. Easy parking, breakfast well equipped continental, with eggs too, or you can cook your own whatever! Even a good assortment of spice in the kitchen. Reading room, just really, really clean and comfortable! It is a place in which we would definitely stay again!!

Very comfortable room, common kitchen has bagels bread cereals oatmeal muffins and eggs. Hottub was a real treat!

Best place to stay in the heart of downtown new glasgow. I love the board games to help facilitate family time in the common area. I can't say enough about the heart warming memories I have because of the Riverside Inn

A very lovely place to stay in New Glasgow. I accidentally left an item behind & the staff was very quick to help return it to me, very thankful for their dedication to great customer service. Would stay with them again!

Prime location - right in downtown, close to restaurants, and a beautiful view of the river.
Exquisite Service - Barb is just a genuinely nice person and will do all her best to accommodate any reasonable requests.
Rooms - better than Hotel rooms. Beds, pillows, and blankets are comfortable. Comes with coffee bar and a mini fridge. Bathrooms are clean.
