Tried Riverside for burger week! I got the burger bash burger with a side salad and my partner got the spicy burger. Our server Jay was extremely friendly. Some of the best customer service we've had out in a long time. My garden salad was delicious, really enjoyed how finely diced the veggies were. Prices were great. Would come back here.

This is not the place to go if you're craving wings. I ordered them plain and they showed up plain but all stuck together. Which means they weren't cooked right.

Burgers are homemade, delicious. Food was fresh, hot amd decently priced. Service was fast and friendly. Everything is separated and everyone is masked. Hand sanitizer and wipes available all over the restaurant. Great atmosphere.

The wing night here during covid precautions was a nice experience, my friends and I ordered some wings of various flavors and some good drink, the wings are great value during wing night and our waitress was very accommodating however seems like they were understaffed and don't offer people ranch that you put on salads for wings 😤😤😤

Service is great. The decks are available to enjoy outside. Menu has a lot if great choices. The servers are excellent. A great place for a great meal.

Great meeting place on the river in Bedford, with outdoor patio in summer months. Good variety on menu, with excellent daily specials. Staff make you feel at home.

First time I went it was great. The next time was horrible. Waited at the top of the stairs to be seated as the waitress talked to another waitress, a man came to talk to us we thought maybe he's a floor manager, nope he was an exteamly drunk patron who definitely was a regular. We watched them pour him more alcohol once he was seated at the bar again. When the waitress finally came up to us she said "sit where ever you like" to which i replied "the sigh says wait to be seated" she muttered something under her breath as we walked to our booth, to what looked like a cook and the cook replied well the sign does say that. After she gave the extremely drunk man more alcohol (which this was 1pm during the work week) she came to take our orders. We got fish and chips and while they both looked delicious they were not. The fish has such a thick batter when we bit into it grease poured out and the batter was not fully cooked. I took it all off and had to wipe wet batter off my haddock with my finger to eat it. We didn't complain because we honestly just wanted to eat and leave. Definitely will not be back.
