It had been at least a decade since I had visited. The staff were all very kind and patient. Special thanks to Tori; she provided all three services I booked. If you are looking for professionalism and an easygoing experience Tori is your woman.
The steam room was epic in the dark with the lights off.
Do t be afraid to ask a loud patron answering their phone in the waiting room to eat it. You paid for a relaxing experience. Welcome them to OUR world please.
My only qualm is maybe shellac could be offered as an option. Many Thanks.

First time going to Riverside spa last night and it was amazing! If you like deep tissue and want someone that truly cares and loves their job then go see Tammy! Her passion for her job is incredible and I can’t wait to go see her again soon. The facilities are well maintained and the gals that keep things clean are on point and very friendly. The gals at the front desk were also very welcoming. All in all 5 stars. Again, if you can get into to see Tammy you will be very happy! Thanks Tammy!

I came here for facial. From the Receptionist, you feel welcomed already. Nicole is very good. She explained everything before doing the procedure . I can recommend this place for your Facial .

This is my favourite place in Calgary to get a therapeutic or relaxation massage. I come early to have a steam and to relax a bit. Everyone I’ve seen for massage is excellent and knowledgeable. I’ve also had one pedicure here that was great - the tree views from the pedicure chairs are really nice

I had 3 services done, and it was all delightful. My first service was the hydrotherapy- it felt rushed, which made the atmosphere not relaxing, but I took it in anyway. The facial was my second service: that was pure bliss, and to top it off, had a pedicure. Very delightful and very well done.

Had an amazing experience at Riverside Spa! The ambiance was serene, the staff was incredibly professional, and the treatments were top-notch. Perfect place to relax and rejuvenate—highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium spa experience, facial done by Rushini, and it was absolutely amazing! She is highly skilled, professional, and truly knows how to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. My skin feels refreshed and glowing like never before. Rushini took the time to understand my skin needs and tailored the treatment perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend her services!

Everyone was friendly & professional. The atmosphere was inviting & relaxing. I have never been to a spa- never saw the appeal. But was given a gift certificate & spent the day there. I really did enjoy being pampered but even with the gift certificate, gratuity & all- the final bill was outrageous & not worth the services provided.
