I went into the store looking simply to change a $20 bill for two tens. The owner got really abrupt and said they are not a bank and you have to buy something. I will never go back there and I will tell all of my friends of which I have many in the area never to go there.

horrible owners as everyone knows once i bought a sandwich on my work break and he had changed the 13th date on it into an 18 so i didnt notice until i tried to eat it that it was bad.

To the owner of the business: there is a common theme in your online reviews. Perhaps time to make necessary adjustments.

I am staying at a place nearby, so location of this store is great. However, the first time we went in to grab some milk, I felt strangely unwelcome. My wife and young child were with me so I just hurriedly bought the milk and left. The next day, when returning to the place I was staying, there was someone parked in my spot so I had to pull over into Rocky’s lot to contact my host. I stepped out of my car to make a call and the owner/operator of the shop yelled at me and said I can’t park here. I said that “I know, give me 1 minute” and I motioned that I was making a call. He seemed to be okay with that and went back into his store. I returned to my vehicle after sorting things out with my host, and prepared to exit back into the road, but there was suddenly a wave of traffic so I waited for the traffic to pass. Maybe 20 seconds passed and the owner came back out and asked me why I was loitering. I told him I was waiting for traffic so I could make the turn back out to one of the nearby hidden driveways of the place I was staying at. He was still irritated and waved me off. I don’t understand why he is so aggressive and confrontational over his property. There’s likely a reason and I understand he has the right to if he is the owner. I just don’t think he’s doing it in a great way. I regret making a purchase from him the other day.

Really REALLY bad business, half of the stuff in the store is expired (if heaven forbid you try to buy something, check the dates) and the owners are extremely rude - every week I see people getting towed, second time I was there I stayed in the car to make a phone call before heading in and they started harassing me to leave or buy something - well I definitely wasn’t gonna buy something after that, and I ain’t buying anything from there again. Really unfortunate, was willing to overlook the expired product problem until it became clear it’s not just a stock issue, it’s an entirety-of-the-store problem

Very friendly neighborhood store. I loved my coconut water drink and craft soda. Great selection and the price was better than expected!

So I went to buy chips at the store. There was barely a good selection, I then saw some on sale for $1.99 I bought a bag. To my surprise the chips were expired weeks ago. I returned them citing they were expired. He answered "Those are for the poor people. All those chips on sale are expired, but they are still good. Those are there so the bums can buy chips, too." I was disgusted and angry that this store saves their expired food to sell at a discount to the poor people. There were other customers in the store that heard him. Never will I return to this horrible store SHAME ON YOU ROCKY STORE!!!!
