Wonderful place! Fair prices. Decent atmosphere. The patio is gravel which may be a deterrent for some, but with dog friendly it's easy to clean up, I imagine so not keeping that against them. Great that they allow dogs on the patio ?

If only I could give this place 10 stars!!! Rocky View Brewing has a fantastic patio that is dog-friendly. I took my boy, Jude, to celebrate his "Gotcha Day" and we both loved it! The chef came out to welcome Jude on his special day, made him a special meal (my meal was great, too!), got him a special drink, and even gave him ice cream for dessert! Jude was even served his special meal by the chef! I was soooo impressed by the personalized service by both the hostess and the chef! I can't say enough about this place! Definitely worth the drive to Cochrane! I highly recommend this wonderful establishment, and it is most definitely "Jude approved"!!!

The vibe of this place is great, after hearing rave reviews I was excited to try it. To start with our server acted like he hated us from the minute we sat down, before words were even exchanged he acted like we were a personal inconvenience to be there. Every question was met with hostility. I want to premise we were sat inside and there were 2 tables inside when we sat down this was not a super busy evening. I understand everyone has a bad night as a server of many many years myself I get that but I wouldn’t even serve my worst enemy with the attitude he gave us. Now onto the food, the menu states about the chef and gluten-free food well the gluten-free crust was one of the worst I’ve ever had, the topping fell off the crust so easily it was almost impossible to eat. There are so many places doing way better crusts now it might be time to talk to the supplier. Gluten-free always cost more and I understand that but with the cost you expect it to at least be good. Normally I would have told the person taking care of us this but I couldn’t because I couldn’t stand another hostile encounter. Drinks were room temperature (I understand they were draft and this is a downside). Overall a very disappointing experience.

Whenever we’re going for lunch in cochrane we never want to go anywhere else. Food is awesome and the beer is amazing. I’ve been left disappointed by other breweries in town but never at rocky view. The servers are always super sweet and the atmosphere is comforting. If you’re ever in cochrane and you decide to go somewhere else, you’re doing yourself a disservice. Elevation IPA is the best IPA I’ve ever had! Thank you rocky view!

Went here on the weekend for a beer and they have a lovely selection and a great environment, very cozy and nice spot to go get a drink. Didn’t order any food. The only bad thing was our service wasn’t good, we needed some more time to order and the server took a bit to come back then our beers had a bad pour, which happens I just really like when there’s a head on my beer but that’s ok. And then when we were finished our beers our server had disappeared and never came back and we were ignored by the other servers who went to the tables directly beside us and skipped over our table so I brought our beer glasses up and paid at the bar. I will be going back as I enjoyed the beer just hope the service is better next time.

My wife and I stopped in to buy our son a variety pack of the beer they brew for his birthday . Denean and Lyle Thorsen the owners were there, friendly people, awesome customer service. It is so nice when business owners are so gracious. My wife and I will defiantly be back for dinner.

Great place , the service is great , the beer is very great , the lunch is very great . Need more place like this around Canada .

First I'll start with the good.
- the beer was good
- servers were okay
- the place looks like it could be fun on a Friday night
-food was ok

Now the bad
- the Caesar was subpar
- the servers and kitchen were not trained for dinner rush
- if we were as big as a of a group as the one next to us, we would have been served much better. They placed more importance on their group. We were 6 adults and 2 kids. That seems like a big enough group to keep happy
-if you can't provide all you can eat, don't make it a special for the night. We went for all you can eat fish and chips and I might as well have gone anywhere and paid $20 for two pieces of fish and a handful of chips. Basically what it seemed like is that if we wanted all you can eat fish and chips, you would have to order as much as you think you can eat right away. They were not ready by any means to be serving all you can eat fish and chips much less one portion for everyone

In the end my wife and I had to leave before the extra portion of all you can eat fish and chips arrived. Needless to say I did not eat all I could eat.

Honestly wouldn't recommend
