I recently stayed in a room hosted by Roman, and I had a good experience! The location is very convenient — it’s only a 30-minute ride from the airport, making it easy for travelers. There’s also a bus stop nearby, which makes getting around the city a breeze.

Roman’s place ranks top 3 among all airbnb i have booked so far.

Roman keeps the room clean and comfy, very organized and tidy, also with a reasonable price. Also Roman is very nice landlord, if i tell him i feel cold he would provide me with thick blanket and raise the temperature. He makes you feel home. Now if i have to stay out in the city i always find Roman’s place as my first choice.

I Was interested in getting a room for a short time spoke to somebody on the phone. Well mannered invited me over to have a look at the rooms. I went clean spacious will recommend to anyone looking for a room for short-term or long-term, everyone there was polite and welcoming.

Booked this room on behalf of someone else and the stay was very good. Upon arrival the room was very clean, and cozy. The house rules were made clear to us and and there were never no issues. Laundry is onsite as well. If you're looking for a quiet local place this is a great choice. The host was always helpful as well and quick to respond. Definitely recommend.

Great experience for my short-mid term stay! No need to buy household items (bath, dishes, towel, linens, etc)
The place is clean, quiet and also safe/secure.
Much better rates than any hostels in Toronto and is in a house like a B&B.
Host is very pleasant and helpful to ensure a pleasant stay
