We found this little adorable well kept motel on a side street and so happy we did. The outside is kept extremely clean, lovely little outdoor pool. The inside did not disappoint, very clean , comfortable rooms. Lovely new owners , friendly and helpful.

Wife and I needed a room in Summerland as on our trip through the region we'd made plans to meet up with some friends who live in the area at the Peacock's Perch Pub. The Rosedale Motel was less that a block away and about 4 doors down from Highway 97. Super easy to get to, everything was very conveniently located. The staff was exceptionally well-mannered. Despite many rooms appearing occupied, the place was a good quiet spot to spend the night.

Will definitely be back the next time we are in the area.

This was an unexpected four day stay the management here and housekeeping has been 100% awesome. The rooms are very clean. The property is very clean management is very friendly and have been very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything

This is a very clean and cute motel. We stayed for 5 nights and we didn't have any issues like others are claiming in their reviews. Rooms were clean when we arrived. Beds super comfortable. Room was spacious that we were able to set a playpen for our 7 month old. If you have someone upstairs from your room at the bottom, it's definitely a little loud, but nothing you wouldn't be able deal with. Staff were super friendly and curtious. They came in cleaned our floors, beds(even after we made the bed) and provided fresh towels when needed. Motels always get a bad rep, but this was a super nice motel to stay in. Would for sure stay here again. I also like that your room is basically a door away from being outside. So much more convenient to walking down a hotel hallway.

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at the Rosedale Motel. The owners are sweet and helpful people who really made us feel welcome. The beds were very comfortable. My husband rarely has a good night sleep away from home so this was a big plus for us. The rooms and cabins were clean, and the outside area was lovely and nicely landscaped. We didn’t use the pool but it was well cared for and inviting. We will definitely be back next year.

A quaint little gem. Easy access, reasonably priced and clean. The pool area was a nice space and the water was very clean. There are bbqs and picnic tables which were a great addition. We would book again if in the area.

This is a decent small motel, clean but dated. The beds were very comfortable.The man at front desk was very difficult to understand and didn’t seem to be very familiar with the check in process. He was very friendly though ?|The AC unit is difficult to access, need to stand on a chair if you are short. |Should also mention that the pool was closed due to failing a health inspection ?too bad as it was a hot day when we arrived.?|Would stay again as location is great.
