I stayed at Rosie's with a group of friends for a wedding recently. We had a pleasant welcome, a comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast. Rosie and I exchanged crochet patterns, we told her stories about the wedding and she showed us their wedding photos. ||The food was delicious, simple homemade stuff. The decor was kitschy. Everything was clean and well prepared for us, and we had a great time.||It felt like staying at my grandmother's house. It was far from sleek and modern, but it sure was friendly. I had to fight the urge to give her a hug when we left.

Ruth and Harvey are a real nice couple, ||Harvey will teach you to country dance and Ruth will teach Harvey to listen to her. (eventually)||Breakfast was homemade and delicious. Rooms were clean and nicely laid-out with TV's in each room, but best of all were Ruth and Harvey. They made our stay very comfortable, and even shared some of their wedding wine with us. They a great at running a B &B. ||||Great people, nice B & B.

My family went to Petrolia to attend a celebration of life for my cousins husband. There were 8 of us needing a room and we were fortunate to have been referred to "Rosies B&B". From the luxurious robes available for every guest to the comfortable beds everything was top notch. We had TV in every room as well as wifi. Breakfasts were delicious served in the formal dining room with homemade jam ,warm muffins as well as eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes and lovely fresh fruit||All of these things were much appreciated but the best part of our stay was our host and hostess .My cousin whose husband had passed away had moved into a very small seniors apartment leaving us no place private for us to congregate and visit. Some of us travelled a long distance and had not seen each other for several years. Ruth and Harvey offered us the use of their living room to get together as a family. They even invited my cousin to join us for breakfast before we all left to drive home. These gestures meant a great deal to us and were certainly more than we expected I am very happy to recommend RosiesB&B on behalf of my whole family.

As retired bed and breakfast hosts, we notice the details and hosts, Ruth and Harvey, haven't missed a thing! We felt welcomed from the time Ruth opened the door until she and Harvey waved us off after breakfast. ||||Rosie's Bed & Breakfast, located in a newer subdivision, is tastefully decorated and packed with amenities. Our king room with en suite had cozy robes hanging the bathroom. The flat screen TV, in our room, was easy to operate and although we didn't take advantage of it, we could have had access to the WIFI service.||||When we arrived, Ruth thoughtfully enquired about any food alergies. We don't have any but if we did, we would have greatly appreciated this attention to detail. The glasses and pitcher of water in our room, when we returned after an evening with family, was much appreciated. Breakfast was hot, freshly made and plentiful, with an offering of juice, fresh made scones, homemade jams, pemeal bacon and perfectly cooked eggs and toast.....oh, and the coffee flowed.||||For those of us with creaky knees, the fact that this bed and breakfast is all on one level, is a bonus.||||Thank you, Ruth and Harvey, for a enjoyable stay. No doubt, we'll be back!

My husband and I and another couple were on a business/ leisure overnight trip. We had business in Petrolia and needed a place to stay. Well, this is the place for anyone that wants to be treated like royalty. Rosie and Harvey are the best! Their home and gardens are beautiful! The rooms were very nice and the beds very comfortable which really matters after a long day.|We ate breakfast on the back porch over looking the beautiful gardens. Breakfast was fantastic with fruit, juice, muffins, scones, toast and ham and eggs. Of course there was coffee?|Don't miss this wonderful place to meet new friends,sleep and eat well.

Rosie’s B&B is wonderful, we have stayed here three times over the years and it just keeps getting better. The owners Ruth & Howard are charming, they do not just offer you a bed for the night and a great breakfast, they gave of themselves and give you a warm and friendly welcome.||One of our breakfasts we taken at the breakfast bar (a cold day) and the other was taken on the deck, watching the birds, including wonderful tiny humming birds and on both days the food and drink was very good.||The bedroom was well furnished, with lots of towels and everything that could be needed. The one had was looking out over the backyard, it was light and pleasant to be in.||If you want to stay in an impersonal hotel, like hundreds of others, don’t go here, if you want we somewhere special, at a reasonable price and that you will want to return too – then come to Rosie’s. ||It’s great

Our room had a queen size bed and en suite bath. Everything was clean and fresh. Breakfast was served when we were ready and based on the preferences we left on her note the evening we arrived. Excellent hosts.
