I've seen a few doctors here and I've had awesome experiences every time! They're thorough yet they don't rush you. My whole family goes here and we've been treated great. I rarely have to wait long in the waiting room even though I wouldn't expect that at a doctor's office. It's a bonus when you get in right away at any clinic.

I have never had an issue here. Dr Azer did surgery on me and was great! He was reassuring and kind. He is very straight and to the point. It’s not a bad thing, he just doesn’t sugar coat things. I also come here for walk-Ins when myself or my kid are sick. I’ve had bad experiences at other clinics in town, but not here. So I don’t go anywhere else. They are great with my 3yr old and they are always super friendly and kind. Thank you Ross Creek Medical.

Dr.Henning is an amazing doctor. She listens to my concerns and takes everything seriously. She sees my newborn daughter and knew I was concerned about a couple of things so she sent us to a pediatrician to ease my mind! She even booked the appointment for me! I've never ever had to wait more then 10 minutes to get in and the receptionists are awesome. I've never had problems with booking an appointment

Had a horrible experience at this clinic. Set up two appointments to meet doctors accepting new patients. The first apt we waited over an hour and then left-never did see the doctor (found out later he had an emergency that morning and was running two hours late-could have told us that when we arrived!) . The second apt, waited 1/2 hr to see her and then she finally came when I had gone to use the washroom and instead of waiting a minute for me, she left. I found her down the hall and had my meeting with her. Although she was unfriendly and curt, I thought she might be thorough so I booked a physical with her. When I went for my physical I had to take a 1/2 vacation day from work, but when I arrived for my apt they told me they couldn't do the physical b/c their computers were down. The doctor didn't even SEE me!! Didn't even try to do PART of the physical!! Although this clinic looked very modern and seemed to have lots of amenities, I found it to be a sh*tshow and a huge waste of my time (not to mention my VACATION TIME). P.S., don't try to call, whenever I tried to it took many attempts as they hardly answer their phones-though I know there is always someone at the desk (I've seen it).

The doctors are great. The reception staff is awful. They don't smile, everyone who approachs is interrupting them. I sat waiting for my appointment only to listen to them argue over who put the wrong patient into the room with the wrong dr. Everyone in the waiting room knew that two people ( who both went up to check on their appointment time) were there for physicals. Confidentiality is certainly not on the list of things to do for them. I personally don't want to go back as I don't want them to know why I'm visiting. I can only imagine the stories they tell outside of work.
What happened to compassion in this field?

This review is to be for Ross Creek Medical Cinic. I dont know about the Vein Clinic. Ross Creek Medical Clinic of Doctors is the worst medical facility I have ever been unlucky enough to attend. I gave one doctor here the benefit of the doubt for almost one year, reluctantly, as she was sending me to specialists. Since then I refused to return to her but tried two others that were no better (I believe there are only 5 in total!!). Of the three I saw, all were arrogant, rude, dismissive and uncaring and I consistently left this clinic in tears of frustration that the people trained and supposedly available to help us with our medical issues in this province can be so appallingly unfeeling and uncaring. On the contrary, at this clinic you are a billing number and the more of them and the quicker they get them through the better! Heal anyone Listen to anyone Forget about it!! This last woman today actually stood up and opened the door while I was still asking her what I could do about my constant exhaustion! She was so dismissive she never even responded to me about it! As a result of her opening the door I forgot to ask for a refill of my prescriptions! And I missed two hours of work for that appointment!! Now I have to miss two hours again and go somewhere else!! The only reason I kept returning to this terrible place is that I am 57, new to Fort Saskatchewan, recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and family doctors are hard to find. I also like to think I've given people a chance and it's not just me being difficult. But after this third doctor this morning I KNOW it's not just me and I have promised myself that I am DONE with Ross Creek!! I should mention that not only are the doctors terrible but the staff are disorganized and have actually told untruths to my face and over the phone on several occasions (I hate to use the word lies but if it walks like a duck...). If you value your health care you will go to Southpointe or even drive into the city to see a doctor rather than attending this deplorable clinic!

I saw dr hennig in February after noticing my hips were out of place and I was having bad back pain.. she sent me for and xray which showed nothing so then to physio and prescribed me meds. I did everything I was told as well as chiro and an osteopath which none helped and my condition got worse and worse to the point I can hardly walk I've also got 3 kids so the situation is not ideal . I went back in June and was sent for another xray which showed I'd developed mild scoliosis I begged her to send me for an MRI as this pain is not normal its debilitating I cant sleep sit up walk more then 20 steps before I have to sit. She said they wouldnt do it because I dont meet criteria and my pains because of this mild scoliosis I didnt have in February when I had my first xray!!. I fought her at which point she was rolling her eyes getting angry and shaking her hands at me I was nearly in tears. I asked her to help me she said she cant fix me shes not a miracle worker which I obviously know but I was under the understanding doctors were there to help figure this stuff out and she was unwilling. I walked out feeling hopeless and even more depressed as I've been nearly bed bound now for 8 months. I found another doctor he told me I need an MRI and also is referring me to a gynecologist as my symptoms also show signs of endometriosis which can affect your sciatic nerve he did an actual exam on my back which she did not. I will never ever go back to this doctor. She did send the MRI after I fought her and I was mailed an appt date for January so I guess I did meet the criteria. Shes extreamly rude and unpleasant horrible bedside manner and not very knowledgeable or empathetic she also complained to me about another patient the first time I saw her not very professional!!! Update I have a herniated disc pinching my right sciatic nerve root and am probably looking at surgery I've spent nearly a year of my life immobile I will never go back to this doctor!

For the last few years I've been under the care of Dr. Karim Ravji for his podiatry services. The level of care and understanding is excellent as always and I look forward to podiatry related appointments with Dr Ravgi.
