Très vieux, beaucoup d'améliorations nécessaire pour les chambres. Notre chambre, la télé ne fonctionnait pas et la pomme de douche non-plus. C'était quand-même propre donc je donne 3 étoiles, mais des petites réparations aurais amélioré notre séjour ici.

I've stayed at worse hotels. Ok, so this is not a fancy hotel, but our expectations were low and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and Brant at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. I would say that the fantastic location right downtown, the reasonable price, free parking, and the very good customer service makes up for the lack of luxury. I would stay here again.

TLDR: bed bugs, stay away.

it's not the worst hotel I've ever stayed at but I bet it's the worst hotel in Guelph.

booked a room with a tub so we could take a bubble bath, but the musty dank smell in the bathroom kept us out of there unless absolutely necessary.

bed seemed clean but we woke up absolutely covered in bed bug bites on our second morning, and were offered no apology or accountability by the otherwise friendly and helpful staff.

​👍​ to “ Booked through Booking dot Com. Worst mistake Ever. Room was $149 plus tax Absolute JOKE. Paid with my credit card an had to Pay a $200 Security deposit. That's a 1st for me I've literally been all over the world an NEVER had to pay a Security fee. If paying cash I would understand. Terrible neighborhood Very Sketchy. I would Not recommend it for family with children. Two things were alright 1 able to watch your own Netflix Etc. Two the room was Cleanish. Strangest thing ever was the bathroom window actually opened an you could literally Jump outta the window. lmao 🤣🤣🤣🤣 ”

Large rooms with comfortable and large beds. My room had a mini fridge and microwave and a desk as well as a closet and couch. Felt like a bachelor apartment. Quiet and convenient location across from the bus and train station. Staff are friendly and very helpful. NOTE THE ELEVATOR IS NOT FUNCTIONAL FOR ABOUT SIX MONTHS I WAS TOLD.

Would love to say this place is good but after arriving and trying to get an early check in and being told check in was at two then coming back at two only to be told it was 3. Am not impressed the front desk girl seemed to lack the knowledge on bookings and just looked at her phone the entire time. place is run down and to get to what they call a lobby you have to walk through some creepy all black hallway that looks like it’s a scene out of a horror movie. stay literally any place but here.

I made a reservation for a 2 night stay and later I decided to change it to 1 night stay. I made the changes within the free changes/cancelation policy but they still charged me for the 2 nights. (Note that I made this reservation about 2 months before my actual stay).
We called them to let them know I had change the number of nights and they said they would reimburse us (this was about a month or few weeks before the actual stay).
We arrived the day of our stay and once more told them about the reimbursement and that it had still not being processed. They said they would be taking an extra $300 deposit and that they would reimburse us both the deposit and the difference of the night at checkout. (Not sure why they couldn't just reimburse me the night I didnt stay and take the deposit).
At checkout they said they had process the reimbursement and we should have it in 7 to 10 business days. This was Oct 13.
Today is Nov 12.. a month later and they still have NOT reimbursed me for the 1 night I didn't stay!! They reimbursed the deposit but not the extra night!
Me and my husband have been calling, emailing, messaging and every single time, their respond is that my status is in process.. That they have messaged their accounting team, and they're following up...
I do not understand how they can take money so easily but they are not willing to give it back when it was not theirs to take. How come it takes 2 seconds for them to take the charges for the night, the deposit but it takes over a month to do a reimbursement, again for something I changed within the right period.
DO NOT STAY HERE. Their service is horrible.
