Service here is always great! I’ve tried other nail places in town but nothing quite beats Royal when it comes to customer service. Right from the moment you enter their shop.

I really like how patient they are here, especially because I can be so indecisive with my colour choices. The nail techs are always so nice about me trying different polishes before committing. Khush did my nails today & she did a great job, very detail oriented & I’m happy with how my manicure turned out.

I approached Royal nails and the owner was more than happy to rectify…I also got my color changed and they offered a complimentary art as well…updating the rating to 4 for the good customer service

I guess it was too soon to give a good review…3 of my fake finger nails are gone within 5 days of getting the manicure…uploading pics of the current state of my nails. Rating reduced to 2 stars for the same

Clean place…nice and welcoming environment and wide range of colors…I got a bio gel manicure done by Kayli and she did it really well…did not rush and kept asking for feedback at every stage.

Not too expensive at $55 for the manicure and an extra $5 for the little nail art I got.
Overall good experience ….will surely give it a another try

I had my shellac pedicure done at this salon, and I’m very satisfied with the service. The staff are friendly and professional. They made sure I feel comfortable throughout my stay. 😊

My toes are now summer-ready, looking all neat and polished. 🩷

Got a set of gel nails done, one broke 4 days later. Redid them np. A week on the day a different one breaks while tieing shoes. Not to mention cuticles were never touches. Paid 80$. Walmart nails stay on longer ffs!

I had been to this place twice now… the second time I went alone. I had booked it for 6:15pm on a Friday- and understandably they were busy! And my technician fell a little behind on clients, - to me it wasn’t a big deal personally as I was calm and content about it while waiting in my massage chair- the longer in the massage chair, the better, am I right? - anyways I didn’t complain or anything about the wait but the staff were super apologetic about the whole scenario and kept checking in on me. At one point, one gentleman offered me a discount for the wait- but again I wasn’t in any rush… my technician came over when she was ready and was also apologetic, it was getting late and I knew they were about to close soon but she didn’t rush me and she continued to take her time and she kept the chair running for me… eventually another gentleman approached me and offered me an upgrade for the wait- I accepted -I didn’t know exactly what “shellac” was… but I got to try it for free… when I went to go pay, I used a remaining balance of a gift card that I’m 90 percent sure didn’t cover the whole pedicure but they refused to let me pay the difference. Honestly, I’ve never in my entire life received anything as amazing and genuine as this customer service. If you haven’t tried here, I 100% recommend you do! The world needs more genuine people like these guys! Kudos
