I had the most wonderful, relaxing Nordic Circuit experience. The owners have done an outstanding job at creating this spa in a small space, right in the town centre, with great attention to detail. It's like stepping into a different world, where you can leave all worries behind. 2 hours is a good time for the circuit. Alysha is very helpful and friendly. I wish I'd live closer to come regularly!

Very nice sauna and a very-cold cold plunge. Great charcuterie board. The salt room is beautiful. There aren't enough spas in Edmonton doing hot and cold circuits. We'll be back!

We did the nordic circuit and I've got to say it was an incredible experience. So very relaxing and left me feeling cleansed and tingly. Don't know if I want a nap now or to leap tall buildings. Maybe both. 😁 Highly recommend; will be back!

I'm currently sitting in the salt room, having a cup of tea after going through a nordic circuit cycle. I've been here a few times, and have done this same cycle before countless times growing up in a Finnish household. Nowadays I don't have ready access to a sauna, so when I saw a local place that advertised a nordic circuit I had to go.

After just one cycle, the stresses of everyday life have faded. I feel lighter physically and mentally, it's a strange mix that leaves you relaxed yet feeling energized. Then I go for round 2 and then usually a third.

If you've never gone through a sauna-cold plunge-relax cycle before, I highly recommend giving it a shot. Treat yourself to a great experience here at Sole Nordic Wellness Spa.
