Amazing customer service, clean and professional. Real genuine care. The staff is always in a good mood at the front desk. You can tell they like working there. Each massage is so unique from other ones ive had elsewhere and they are always so happy to adjust the pressure. My therapist Annie was competent and thorough with great communication.

I’ve always had trouble finding a great spa in Coquitlam that met my expectations. I’ve tried several places, even Sabai Thai once last year, but due to a language barrier, the experience didn’t quite work out, and I limited my massages to vacations or occasional visits to Vancouver.

Recently, I decided to give Sabai another try, and I’m so glad I did. Irene was absolutely fantastic, truly beyond expectations. She is highly skilled, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. I was so impressed that I booked my second session with her right after the first.

Also, a big thank you to the front staff for being so warm and welcoming, it really sets the tone!!

From here again, thank you, Irene! Looking forward to many more visits.

This was my first ever Thai deep tissue massage and it was incredible. Irina is amazing and made me feel very comfortable. 10/10 only ever getting Thai massages again, will definitely be back. My whole body feels like Jello, and after the facial my skin is ridiculously smooth. Would definitely recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Sabai Spa PoCo with Kelsey. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was calm, clean, and welcoming. Kelsey was incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel at ease right away.

She took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the massage perfectly to what I needed. Her pressure was just right — firm and therapeutic, yet relaxing. You can really tell she’s skilled and knowledgeable in what she does.

I left feeling so much lighter, both physically and mentally. Highly recommend Kelsey if you’re looking for a Registered Massage Therapist who truly cares and delivers excellent results. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I booked two 90 min Pure Serenity Spa packages for our 29th wedding anniversary. It was amazing!! Will definitely go back and I recommend this spa to anyone. It was clean. The service was impeccable. The massage and facial (provided by Pan, for myself) was bliss.

A while ago, I gifted my mom a certificate to this place, and Irina was the one who did the massage for her. She absolutely loved it!
