Jessi is highly skilled, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. Her technique is both relaxing and effective—she worked out all the tension in my muscles and left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Booked a last minute massage and facial and was very pleased with the service I received. The massage is a combination of stretching, pressure point and muscle relaxing. She was able to relax my sore upper back muscles. After my service, I had the ginger tea. Very delicious.

Nice place to go to relax ! I booked a reflexology massage on a rainy day. It was really nice and relaxing. I was a bit disappointed as the massage ended and my masseuse solely focus on my feet and calf even though I completed a form prior to my visit where I asked to focus on the neck and upper back.

Not worth it. My husband came in hoping for a relaxing and effective massage, but unfortunately, it was neither. The pressure was inconsistent, and the therapist didn’t seem to pay attention to the areas I specifically mentioned. I left feeling just as tense as when I walked in. The whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional. Definitely not what I was expecting from a “spa.”

Fai at Sabai Thai Spa North Vancouver gave me a massage that was the best massage I have ever had! It was an incredible experience I will never forget. I had the firm pressure and was totally rejuvenated afterwards and all week long! She was so professional and her hands so very strong. It seemed she also used her arms and elbows at times. I had the most incredible 75 minute massage ever and will definitely return moving forward. I would highly recommend Fai! Be well.
