This little joint has been our go to for solid, exceptional Mexican food since it first opened. We’ve visited a half dozen times in the last year and a half and everything: from the food and the service have been consistent and done at a high standard. It’s a small place with a hard ceiling and walls so having a conversation can be challenging between the background music and other patrons as the place fills up.

Decided to check this place out. Super friendly staff and excellent service. The food was very good. The server brought over Chips and salsa with our drinks. Hubby tried the Sam's Margarita and the the Paradise Margarita which was hands down amazing! He also tried the Cerveza Lager from Train Wreck (located in Port Moody). They had a green jalapeno sauce that was creamy and had a kick and a red salsa that was warm. For dinner we tried the Mahi Mahi tostada that they only have on the weekends, my daughter had the Chicken Fajitas that came with rice, refried beans and Guacamole, she loved it. Hubby had the Birria Burrito, also a weekend only special and I tried the Mole Chicken that came with rice. To finish off our meals we had the Churros and Caramel sauce. They were very good!
So glad we tried them and it was worth the drive to check them out.

This place was recommended to me by a friend and this place did not disappoint! It has become a favourite of ours and we dream about the delicious food all the time!

The staff are friendly and kind of attentive. Food is 10/10 amazing!!!

Some of our favourites are, Queso Fundido, tortilla soup, Mexican Plate with Asada and queso Birria and the enmoladas.

Small cute homey atmosphere, You must try this place!

The food was absolutely mouth-watering — true comfort food! The atmosphere felt special, and the service was very kind. I highly recommend the chicken burrito, shrimp ceviche, and quesabirria.

Very cozy intimate interior, not a crazy amount of seating.
Service was good. Friendly staff.
Ordered mango margaritas: slightly expensive but delicious. Better than ones I've had in Mexico.

The rice was so well seasoned, I was amazed. Also ordered Birria Tacos and steak fajitas: equally impressed by both.

Will definitely come again and recommend to others.

We've tried our fair share and Sabor is hands down our favourite Mexican Restaurant in the Tri-Cities. The service is amazing, you feel like they actually care (because they probably do) and the food is exceptional. We come early on the weekends to make sure we can get a table.

Great friendly service and atmosphere! We were seated and given menus right away. We started with spicy lime margaritas which were excellent and chips and guacamole. They also brought chips with a spicy green sauce that were delicious! We ordered the carne asada burrito and Enmoladas! The portions were big and both very good! We will definitely be back!
A wonderful local run restaurant with great service, great food and really good prices!
Our server was awesome!
