Went for a spa day with my grandma today and had Kaylee and Delany do our pedicures. They were both so sweet and did such a great job. They are both very good at what they do!

15 minutes before my appointment while I was on my way they called and wanted to push it back 2 & 1/2 hours. Typically do really good work, but disappointed that no one called sooner. If it was only a half hour that would be no issue, but 2 and an half is a little much

I had my nails done for gel polish last Friday and I'm so disappointed with the result. It doesn't look nice like from what I had before with different spa. After 4 days my nail polish were starting to chipped/peeling. (see the attached photo) overall I wasn't satisfied with the service. I hope it won't happen to the next person :((

We were lucky to receive a gift certificate to the Safari Spa and Salon where my wife had a massage, pedicure and manicure.
The staff and facilities were exceptional and will be the only spa we use

I rarely write reviews but felt the need to share.
Let me start by saying the salon was very clean and appeared professional. I figured the level of service and quality of work would match that. That was not my experience.

I received a manicure Saturday a week plus ago. 48 hours after manicure the polish was peeling from side of nails and you could clearly see where additional coats of applied polish were missed. I phoned monday to try and figure out solution. I was told I could get them touched up that night at 7. I wasn't able to make that work short notice and no additional times were offered. I was them told I coukd speak with a manager. I left my name and number and was told I'd receive a phone call from management "later this week". I received no call back and instead phoned on saturday, 5 days later. . I was told management wasn't in until Monday. Unfortunately I missed the call Monday but returned it in the afternoon around 2pm. Was told manager was busy but they'd phone me back after leaving my name and number again. I'm still waiting. I'm disappointed that a 70 $ manicure lasted less then 48 hours (when I was told 2 weeks) and frustrated and upset about the lack of returning calls and client satisfaction.
This was supposed to be a treat to have nails done before friends wedding..

Save your hard earned money and treat yourself to a better quality manicure, for less, elsewhere.

I am writing this to let everyone know that this company will over charge you for a service and when you ask them about it will refuse to refund to your original payment method. They tell you that you have to take a giftcard. Very shady. I used to be a loyal client but will never go here again.

Honestly mostly coming here to apologize for not leaving a tip for getting my eyebrows done. I was in the area and called to see if they had any opens to get an eyebrows wax only without looking at their prices. I ASSUMED 25 dollars ish as that is fairly standard. So this is my mistake. I was in the room for 5 mins and 37.50 for an eyebrow wax? I'm not exaggerating on 5 minutes. I was so taken aback I panicked and did not tip. My fault for not checking the price before, but wow incredibly overpriced. Flabbergasted. Not worth it, standard wax- onto the plethora of other places that offer for almost half the price.
