I am so glad that I had the opportunity to visit Saltair with my best friend. It's a very small wellness centre - but it was perfect! The view is absolutely stunning! They have a beautiful outdoor seating space. They are a no phone zone which is nice to be unplugged for 3 hours. The saunas are nice too! They provide you with Turkish robes and towels. I cant wait to come back and see what updates they make with the feedback they receive. Would love to have oils in the steam sauna to take that up a notch!

Thoroughly enjoyed our spa day! Some guests were very loud but after mentioning it to staff, they quickly told them it was a quiet place . The relaxation rooms are awesome and I found the warm stones!. My only complaint is that of the 3 heated pools, only 1 was warm. Will definitely go back - hoping the heat is turned up. Ive never seen the Bay look so beautiful. Staff were very attentive. Thank you.

Absolutely the best Nordic spa I've been to! The grounds were beautiful and so clean, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and recharging. The view was gorgeous and the staff were lovely. The cafe had great delicious options as well. There were so many little personal touches that I haven't seen anywhere else do and it really made a positive impact on the experience. Will definitely be back and can't recommend this place enough!!

We visited SaltAir for the first time last week and really loved it. We particularly enjoyed:

1. The relaxation room!

2. The music (it was awesome to have relaxing instrumental cover songs rather than just “spa” noise soundtracks).

3. That it’s a quiet area, but not a strict no noise area. Other local Nordic spas enforce dead silence, but I actually prefer allowing quiet conversation, so this was much appreciated.

A few ideas for improvement:

1. The swimsuits and big brand name skincare products are lovely, but I think it’d be nice to carry local to Nova Scotia brands in the boutique area. Think: Martinique Swim, Robertson’s Farm & Apothecary, etc.

2. Make 2 of the 3 pools “hot” and one “cool” rather than 2 cool and 1 hot, since people gravitated toward the hotter one and the other two were left vacant most of our visit.

We have already booked back in for a few weeks from now and look forward to it!

I was so happy to get to a Nordic Spa again and can't believe there was such a great one in Nova Scotia. We went for the afternoon and it felt like a true holiday. I'll be going back there again regularly. Just a great overall experience!

My staff and I had a wonderful time. Leanne led our yoga practice and our sauna experience and we couldn't have been more happy with her genuine, calming, approachable demeanour. Her very real and authentic vibe is rare and exceptional.

The front desk staff were beautiful and professional, and eager to ensure that we had a perfect experience, not only meeting, but anticipating all of our needs.

We look forward to receiving the photos of our team that were taken on the iPad. Thanks so much for everything. We will highly recommend to others, and will definitely be back!

All I can say is WOW!!!! Everything was AMAZING!!! The staff, robes, music, food, coffee, water refill station, ...they have covered every detail!!! This is the ultimate mindful experience!!! The towel waving experience was amazing! (Thank you Chantal) Honestly just cannot say enough positive comments, already planning next trip. So lucky to have Saltair Spa right here in the Valley! Thank you guys!

It was my first time at Saltair Nordic Spa & Wellness. If there were an option for more than 5/5 I would select it. My wife and I did a Complete Experience. Evan guided us through for the first hour, helping us become in touch through breathing with mind and body. Evan is a true gem, and asset to Saltair. He made our experience and especially mine, one to remember. He was welcoming, kind and easy to connect and talk to. The energy level was so positive and enlightening, and he was truly meant to do what he is doing.

I was so skeptical on the drive there, and I can guarantee I would have regretted not coming today. Thank you Saltair, but especially thank you Evan for an amazing day. We will be back.
