I needed to go to the north town of Rankin Inlet for the first time ever and was told to book a hotel. Unfortunately they were all full. I got a BNB at Sanaya’s and he was sooo accommodating and it turns out that I am soo happy I did t get the hotel. Now keep in mind if you’re a grumpy Karen or Ken , you may not like sharing. But I had a great time and will stay there again.

There was cameras in the living room, hallway and Kitchen. Couldn’t have any visitors (outside guests), we couldn’t open the windows, wasn’t aloud out of the rooms past 11pm. Never booking there again.. 300$ a night. Crazy expensive for all those rules.

Sanaya’s bed and breakfast in Rankin Inlet was a warm and inviting place to stay. The owners are some of the loveliest people you can meet, ensuring your stay is comfortable and all your needs are meet. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, only one bathroom but with a little coordination was not a problem, you do have to remind yourself this is Rankin Inlet, NU not some big city or tourist area. The living room was a great place to relax, and the kitchen allowed for us to make full meals instead of eating out. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Rankin, and if back would stay there again with no hesitation.
