Très bel hôtel avec restaurant sur place. Piscine et spa sont très pratique. Les chambre sont propre et confortables. Petit frigo et micro utile pour petit lunch .

Typical 3 star hotel so should be good however, I had a terrible night due to high decibel event music where the DJ played the bass music so loud that one could actually feel the vibrations even though I was on the 3rd floor. It went on to 1:30pm or a bit later but I was too exhausted to tell.
When checking out, the clerk seemed unsympathetic and unconcerned. His excuse was it is a separate business but attached to their building.
This lack of ownership of this important service failing belies a lack of customer service.
The owners of this franchise need to deal with the issue. DJs love to play loud big base music but need to be curtailed by Sandman. Whether or not this Sandman franchise owner has authority over the DJ, they can influence the situation by getting local municipal bylaw offices to anonymously measure the decibels and levying a warning then fine if the decibels exceed the maximum permitted. If the max threshold is not being exceeded then Sandman need to apply to the municipality for a reductions due to discomfort of their customers!
Very poor and unaccountable service therefore 1 star.

Our Air Canada flight was delayed coming out of Montreal (for four hours) and we missed our connection. Air Canada put us up at the Sandman at Langley and it was amazing. People were lovely and helpful.

I just checked out. We got the room with jacuzzi for a very high price. The minute we turned it on it stopped working. I called the front desk 6 times and no answer. I called the hotel number and someone came up and told us they can’t fix it until tomorrow afternoon. They had no service people available she said.

The room itself was dirty. The bed headboard has visible yellow stains and marks. We found chips garbage under the bed carpet.. the dining table glass was wiped with dirty cloth so lots of water stains were left on it. The curtains had actually came off the railing

I got around $100 discount but all the headache we went through did not worth the room $50 a night. This was more like a cheap Motel experience. Very disappointed

I initially faced an issue with a noisy room, which was disrupting my stay. Upon bringing this to Aman's attention, she handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and empathy. She promptly arranged for a room change, ensuring the new room was quiet and met all my needs. Aman's dedication to guest satisfaction and her proactive approach truly stood out. Her kindness and efficiency made a significant difference in my experience, and I am incredibly grateful for her assistance. I highly commend Aman for her outstanding service and would recommend her to anyone seeking a seamless and pleasant stay.

I got a suite with a toilet that didn't work which ended up flooding multiple times and spread into the living room where the carpet was soaked with toilet water. I had to literally call a couple times and demand someone clean my room as they never did (5 days) and only cleaned once when I requested it even though I stated it when checking in. They never moved us into another suite and never dried the friggin carpet. They didn't even give a discount on the room/stay or even a damn voucher for the restaurant for the mess. That place has crappy and awful people running it with poor management who don't know how to deal with solutions and have zero customer service. Not only does management not know how to run a business, the house keepers do not know how to clean. There was even sticky gross crap in our drawers where we were to put clothes/belongings. Do not stay here. I would recommend anywhere else but there.

Thanks for the upgrade. Loved the suite. Pays to be a Diamond Member. Brenda did a great job of checking us in. Wished we had come to the correct Sandman hotel where our reservation was, first rather than the Signature one. Guess this is a common mistake but when you’re tired and just want to get to your room it’s disappointing. Other than that it was 5 stars.
