L'hôtel est bien situé et propre. Les enfants ont apprécié la grande piscine. Pratique d'avoir le Denny's juste à côté.||La préposée à l'accueil ne savait pas comment l'ordinateur fonctionnait et ne pouvait donc pas (de son propre aveu) vérifier quelles chambres étaient prêtes, ni changer notre catégorie de chambre. ||Complètement aberrant!!||Nous n'avons pas pu avoir de early check in. ||Il fut long et compliqué d'obtenir une chambre à côté des autres membres de la famille, alors que ça avait été demandé lors de la réservation. Nous n'avons pas non plus avoir le taux CAA car nous avons montré la carte après le check in (apparemment impossible à changer dans l'ordinateur)...

Booked rooms for wedding in July Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Service was great ! Had room on second floor and Bhavjat was amazing! He brought our luggage up the stairs and delivered to our room. With a great smile and attitude with work! Every time he say us he asked if he could help. Never find that service much anymore..There was a mix up with our bookings over lapping but they still were able to find us a room to stay thank you Shelly for all the help.

Checked in late at night and was still greeted with courtesy. Someone was always at the desk willing to help. Rooms were clean and quiet. Victoria and the afternoon/ night clerk were always so nice and pleasant to deal with. Definitely recommend this hotel for a long stay.

The staff are fantastic, super friendly folks and accommodating when able. Housekeeping does an awesome job. Beds and bedding seem to be newer and very comfy.

The rooms themselves are dated though. They've put newer amenities in (furniture, beds, appliances), but it's putting lipstick on a pig. I've stayed in 10ish rooms, and the common themes seem to be stained/damaged/or peeling walls, bathrooms fixtures that are showing their age, and sink/shower drainage issues. Posting this after staying in 260, which had a giant bulge in the ceiling as pictured. Not the end of the world, but also slightly unsettling. Not a bad place, but needs work.

Jackie, Jamie, Connie and Vicky all provided us with excellent service and accommodations. We had some vehicle troubles and they were able to easily accommodate our sudden need to extend our stay along with our dog. The room was clean, the pool was a great bonus and the dog loved all the celebrity attention and snacks. Thank you for helping with everything we needed!

Its my first time staying at this particular sandman. The room smells like old cigarette smoke. The staff is great. The location is decent enough. I cant get over the smell of the room. It would be a solid 4 star if it didn't stink.
