Great place to excersise, pretty good to swim and a nice gym. Overall its good, although the membership and courses are pretty expensive, and not as good as the VIP membership.

This gym and swimming pool are great! It has everything you need for a comfortable workout: modern equipment, spacious rooms, excellent ventilation. I would also like to praise the staff - they are always friendly, attentive and professional. The atmosphere always motivates you to achieve new things. It is convenient that there are various group classes to suit every taste, and the schedule allows you to find time even on the busiest days."

The staff is rude , intimidating and inconsiderate.The management is biased towards resolution and feedback is not taken positively.The pool timings are shortened in summer and longer in winter.Personally I have experienced targeted and aggressive behaviour from the staff and upper management on site.

For the amount of money they charge you every month it's a pretty ripoff and mismanaged place. Blonde granny in the weights area is annoying and constantly tells you not to make any sound while dropping weights even when you barely make a clunk. People hog workout machines and benches doing 3 minutes of exercise and 12 minutes on their phones, NOTHING DONE ABOUT IT even when staff is there walking around like mallcop security guards and see it happen. I see bugs crawling in the everytime I go there one came out of the tissue box as i pulled one out maybe they should invest in some pest control considering their ripoff membership prices. Pool was open till 9pm but why care about what is convenient customers right? Cut it down to 8pm why not. It's now supposed to be lane swimming from 7pm to 8pm and we can't even use the lanes for the purpose it's meant to serve because it's swarming with people and their children when there is clearly a section for kids. We complained about that as paying customers and told nothing can be done about it. POOR MANAGEMENT they should be ASHAMED of themselves with how they run the place. Wish I could give this place a -1 for starters rating.

My favorite is the pool and plus changerooms. The staff are super nice and helpful. Always smiling. I like that I can go to any YMCA ;and maximize all the Y has to offer. I can go to the walking track in Forest or he YMCA in London while visiting family. It allows me to keep my routine. No excuses not to do it.

Great staff friendly and accomondating. Clean and well equipped spa...love the Aqua Fit classes and 7 to choose from a week or attend all...eaze of exercise equipment upstairs and spaced well not cramed or crowded together...breathing space....great place....great helpful caring staff...including maintenance and housekeeping staff aim to please...
