Savory bliss grill & pizza - Barrhead, Alberta

I definitely didn't expect to find anywhere this decent in small town Alberta, but with Savory I was impressed.

We went in on a Sunday, around 2 pm for an afternoon lunch. There was a couple tables full but the place was pretty empty otherwise.

Overall, the price of everything we tried was great value. I ordered a large poutine, and a veggie pizza (to-go)

The pizza were Cooked well, and a the food was generous portions for the cost. The crust was perfection. Not too thin or too thick. Slightly bready but not too bready but not greasy. The crust edge had that nice crunch and crispiness

The only downside was that despite how empty the restaurant was at the time.of day we were there, the food took a long time to get; which, I don't mind given the quality of the food we received.

The server was very polite, courteous, very clean and proper looking, and was very well handled in his serving practices.

For those doing sit down meals, the place was very clean and in good condition. The decor was nice and the seating was all very comfortable.

Excellent, friendly service, and the food was amazing! The atmosphere is cozy with some true Albertan decor! Open late, which is an awesome bonus. What a brilliant addition to Main Street Barrhead!!

Wow! The food was amazing! Everything was cooked perfectly, big serving size and full of flavour. I had the chicken Kiev. The service was excellent!

I have to say I was surprised at the gender neutral washrooms.

We had a team meal here. Booked a reservation for 30 people. The service was good and meal was fantastic. Everyone was really happy with their food and it was a fantastic atmosphere. Thank you for having us. We will definitely recommend your restaurant in the future.

We just tried this delightful restaurant tonight! We had the burgers and pizzas and they didn’t disappoint! Super delicious! Our servers and hosts were lovely! Super friendly and helpful:) it was super comfortable, bright and inviting! Go check it out!

Imagine a hand breaded not from frozen panko crusted full size ,thick chicken breast! Fresh lettuce ,tomato ,pickles ,onions and cheese on a toasted bun.With homemade aioli.
Savory Bliss and Grill and sweet yam fries . Tasty lunch ! Could not finish o well two meals in one price is ok in my book!

We loved the reviews of this restaurant so decided to try this on our latest trip to the area. Service was very good. The atmosphere was OK except the temperature inside was so hot and no AC. Restrooms are very modern and very clean. The food was very good overall. Pizza is incredible with so many toppings and delicious sauce and perfect cheese and crust. Ukrainian plate was good except for the cabbage rolls, which did not taste well and were very sour. Overall we do recommend this restaurant.

Food is amazing.
My one complaint is unisex washrooms
Most folks relocate to small towns for normalcy
As I sat with a friend and two children yesterday I noticed several folks walk towards washrooms and look up confused and uncertain as to which one to use.
This is not a big city.
Its a small hub
I will not be back
As when I posed this question to a server
He responded with yes they are unisex.
