I’ve been going to Sawaddee for a year now and I can’t think of any negative things to say about it. It is hands down the best massage clinic I have ever been to. I am a huge fan of Raul’s massage, he does an excellent combination of stretching and cupping. I highly recommend everyone to try this massage clinic, they have a such a great selection of RMTs.

I booked a 60 min hot stone massage with Abhi as I'm incredibly tired from working overtime & was referred by a family member to go there.

I was happy to know that they direct bill to Manulife. ( check out their page for other direct billing)

First impressions: Clean, organized, friendly atmosphere, very respectful.

Reception lady was very nice and helpful.
She proceeded to give me indoor slippers, which I LOVE. It means they really try to keep any outdoor dirt away from service rooms.

Abhi greeted me right away and took me to one of the massage rooms. She asked only necessary questions like, what's your occupation or where do you feel the most pain?
Which to others may seem like normal conversation, but I've been to plenty of massage places and they sometimes don't even ask.

Another thing I am impressed with that she did was that she gave me a heads up that she will be doing a combination of hot stone and relaxation massage to provide me the service I asked (since I asked her if I can get a full body, but 60 min is very time limited)

Right before she even startrd massaging, she asked for my CONSENT to start the massage (which means if it's okay to touch my skin now)

Which I love, I don't care about the consent thing in other places as I know it's gonna be ending up having my skin touched anyways.

It's about the respect, as a customer I got from the masseuse. 10/10

Massage was amazing, she really nailed down on my tight areas on my back.
I will definitely go back there again.

My experience today was not good. I booked a 45 minute massage, I specifically told the RMT that the reason for my visit is due to pain and tightness in my lower back and legs. More than half of the session was spent on my shoulders. My left shoulder was worked on longer than both of my legs combined, and my lower back was not touched at all.

The only reason I'm not leaving a 1 star review is because my prior visits with a different RMT were very good.
