Le buffet déjeuner est très bon et frais! L'ambiance est chaleureuse et la décoration est très esthétique. Les chambres sont grandes et propres. J'ai trouvé que c'était très peu coûteux comparativement à tous les services offert par l'hôtel. C'est une des hôtels les moins cher à Edmonton et c'est une des plus belles selon moi!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this hotel struggles with guest satisfaction. As we were checking in, the front desk staff were already dealing with complaints from other guests—a glaring red flag we unfortunately ignored.

I chose this hotel because of the fact that’s it’s indigenous owned, but the reality was far from it. Our first room was absolutely unacceptable. It felt like it was prepared last minute, with thick layers of dust covering the floors and walls. The bathroom was filthy, with debris left in the bathtub. It was clear cleanliness was not a priority.

After voicing our concerns, we were moved to another room, which was a drastic improvement—cleaner, more spacious, and far better maintained. This upgrade made us question why we weren’t placed in a decent room to begin with. The inconsistency is baffling and completely unacceptable for paying guests.

Ultimately, this experience was beyond disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the hassle, frustration, and money—look elsewhere for a stay that’s worth it.

This place is underrated. First off walking into the hotel was good, the front desk agent asked to let them know if all was good with the experience as I ordered the romance package. Nice hotel, had champagne on ice, chocolates and a card personal to us upon arrival. Second, we ate here with drinks. The server and bartender micheal was amazing. That dude ran 7 tables at least alone, no help, faster than most 5 people can do in that time. He was so nice, funny, charismatic. He was fast and a great guy. He made my old fashioned drinks big and delicious and I travel alot so I know a good one when I have one. That guy deserves a raise and every dollar tip he earns. Dude is amazing. Micheal if you see this, this one's for you dude. Your amazing. Come here and support this man for his efforts. He's worth the visit!!! Trust me.

Check-in Friday and the ladies were so helpful and friendly. Service at front desk is 5 star. Food in lounge was ok. Service a little slow. Breakfast was below average. Nothing hot. Only buffet. Rooms are dated but beds comfortable. Rooms could use a little TLC for house cleaning. Lady at desk second night was another 5 star. Very helpful. Intoxicated people outside my window to late hours of the morning. Need more help in lounge to serve food and drink.
