My husband and I stayed at Sea View for one week, and we loved every minute of it! Graeme and Helga are the most dedicated hosts and that made our stay very memorable. The view of the Ocean from the beautiful patio and garden was very calming. We were very relaxed and at home with the nicely decorated beach house. Our hosts were very generous, providing everything we needed to make a healthy breakfast from local farm fresh eggs, fresh bread, to milk and butter. This is more than we ever expected and it was such a nice treat. The specialty soaps that came all the way from New Zealand made by the hosts' own daughter just added to the charm; they smelted fantastic. Thank you Graeme and Helga for opening up your little piece of paradise for us, your guests. Sea View will be our first choice over any other place when we visit the Vancouver area. Thank you for everything.

My wife and I spent three weeks in the White Rock / South Surrey area last summer. As a working vacation, we found it to be physically quite tiring. But each day we were very pleased to return to a home-away-from-home in this spectacular ocean-view suite. The owners are a lovely couple who immediately made us feel right at home, without being intrusive. It is really special when you instantly feel at ease around the proprietors. We knew immediately that this was going to be a great place to stay. Upon arrival, we were surprised and delighted to find more than just 'the basics' in the fridge. The owners had gone to the trouble to provide us with not only with some starter groceries, but they had even made sure that there was a variety of fresh breads to choose from and some home made jams and cookies. They took very good care of us over the three weeks! As for the apartment itself, it was immaculate, incredibly private, and included all the features and qualities of a 5-star accommodation. The view speaks for itself. It was fantastic. We took advantage of the barbeque and ate many meals on the covered patio overlooking the Pacific, watching the sailboats, paddlers, and the occasional swimmer. There was always something to watch, including an abundant variety of bird-life, ranging from hummingbirds to eagles (the binoculars that are included with the suite was a nice attention to detail). We live/work in the Middle East, have traveled the world for the past decade, and have rented many properties during our adventures. We can tell you without hesitation, that this accommodation is one of the best experiences we've had, and we will definitely be contacting the owners to rent again in the future.

White Rock, British Columbia is just over the U.S./Canadian border at the Peace Arch, and is the perfect little seaside town for a vacation. And the Sea View Vacation Hideaway is The Place to stay in White Rock! The only thing wrong with our two night stay was that it was only two nights! ||||The Sea View isn’t your traditional bed and breakfast; it’s so much better! Yes, there is a bedroom and bathroom, but they are only the beginning. Located up in the hills overlooking the Semiahmoo Bay and the White Rock pier, this lower level apartment boasts breathtaking views from a fantastic private patio, a gorgeous, generously equipped full kitchen, and a perfectly appointed living room. And if that’s not enough, the owners are among the nicest people we’ve ever met.||||When I made our reservations, I mentioned we were traveling to celebrate our 18th anniversary. Upon our arrival, we found a bottle of wine and an anniversary card waiting for us on the kitchen island. In addition, Graeme and Helga filled the cookie jar with homemade chocolate chip cookies, and stocked the fridge with all the organic ingredients we could possibly need to make ourselves several full breakfasts. We were also happy to find two loaves of bakery fresh bread, a basket of fresh fruit, and an assortment of juices, coffee, and teas. ||||The bedroom is decorated in a soothing taupe palette and has lavish touches like chocolates on the pillows and fluffy white robes hanging on the back of the door. It‘s incredibly easy to rest and relax under crisp white sheets in a comfortable bed, with the sound of the ocean coming through the bedroom window. In addition, a spacious closet provides plenty of storage space for clothes and shoes and makes it easy to stow luggage.||||The living room is equally as restful with its cozy sectional and ottoman, leather love seat with built in recliners, gas fireplace, and stereo complete with record player and records. A big flat screen television hangs over the fireplace if you need a little more excitement or you can’t bear to miss your favorite shows, but the assortment of animal visitors and the view from the patio might be all the entertainment you need. ||||Like everything else in the rental, the bathroom is absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Cupboards and drawers are stocked with many extras including a hair dryer, curling iron, and mirror, as well as a sewing kit, first aid kit, and extra beach towels. The wonderful handmade soaps from New Zealand smell amazing and epitomize the owner's attention to detail.||||As I said, the owners are lovely people; Helga is as sweet as her cookies and Graeme has a delightful sense of humor. They truly have thought of everything, and they make every effort to meet the needs of their guests. Laundry facilities are even available if needed. In addition to being warm and gracious hosts, they genuinely love White Rock and Vancouver, and are more than willing to suggest places to visit. ||||We hated leaving after just two days! I find myself day dreaming about our amazing little apartment and our new friends in White Rock, and we are already trying to figure out how soon we can go back. This time we’re going to stay at least a week!

We arrived from Ontario a few days before Christmas. What a surprise! The place had a Christmas tree and decorations; it looked like a home away from home. For our Christmas dinner we were 14 people including our two grandchildren. We all sat very comfortably at the dinning table. The home has a very beautiful view to the ocean, parking was quite good, the weather was excellent..||||One night we had visitors, four raccoons invited themselves for dinner, we took many pictures. It looks like raccoons in BC have a very good appetite.||||At first we thought on going for two weeks but we end up staying for a month. We did like it very much and we are already planning a summer trip to White Rock. Also, the weather was always 0 to 3 degrees at night and during the day went up between 8 and 12 degrees above. We only miss the snow on Christmas but you can't have everything.||||The home prepared jam was a good touch for our breakfast; linen and towels were always available and of excellent quality; the care from Helga and Graeme was great for the time of our stay.

Absolutely perfect location and suite. From check in time to check out, 6 days later it was hard to leave. We were greeted with delicious warm baked choc chip cookies. The private suite with covered patio is the most peaceful, beautiful area we found to relax and reflect for a wonderful relaxing week. The suite is comfortable, elegant and tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home. Clean, quite and a view that will take your breath away. We have traveled extensively and this is by far one of the best home we have stayed in. You won't be disappointed by booking the Sea View Vacation Hideaway. Just got back from this little hidden gem and it was wonderful! The home was so roomy & well appointed with it's own suite in the walk out basement with unobstructed views of the ocean from every room. The kitchen was stocked with the basics like bread, milk, eggs, fruit and even some homemade cookies! The landscaping around the patio was beyond beautiful with flowers of all kinds to draw in the humming birds to drink and bath in the water feature. It is a 7 minute walk to the ocean or stay and sun on the patio. I will be telling all my family & friends for sure.

I stayed at Seaview Vacation Hideaway while attending a wedding. What a gorgeous place! the suite itself was so luxurious - roomy, comfortable and very elegant! The views were stunning. It was so easy to relax. My only regret was that I couldn't stay for longer. From the suite to the garden to the views beyond, everything was perfect. Thanks so much for making my time in White Rock so special. Loved it!

Vom 15.4.-30.4.2011 war Familie Wolf aus Deutschland zu Gast bei euch. Wir haben uns in dieser Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt und lernten einen Teil von dieser herrlichen Umgebung kennen. Unsere Ferienwohnung war ein Traum. Jeden Morgen konnten wir von der Terrasse auf den Pazifik gucken und die herrliche Aussicht über White Rock genießen.
