Amazing place with so much to offer it's members!! The Seniors Centre is an excellent community resource. The courses and activities it offers span every interest and activity you can imagine. So much information and support available for Seniors in every way. The facilities include a restaurant, coffee shop, resale clothing shop and so much more. I highly recommend investigating this organization to see what it can offer you. when I joined I found a fitness course that was a perfect fit for me and a time that works with my schedule.looking forward to my next course after the summer.

Yesterdays "on-line registration" was a disaster! I wanted to sign up for just 2 pickleball sessions. I made sure I was on early and was able to add both sessions to my cart but when I tried to pay the system basically crashed. It wouldn't take payment and just kept returning an "unexpected error". I re-entered my credit card info several times and still received the error. I called in and was instructed to keep trying ensuring that I didn't let the 15 minute timeout kick in, which I did, and eventually it would go through. An hour later after continually trying the "make payment" button I received the message "this session is full" even though both sessions where still in my cart (reserved).

Your IT/infrastructure needs to be reviewed and held accountable.

I was told many people were experiencing the same issue and that "it was a mess".

Cancelled my membership and better luck next year!

Always a pleasant experience involving very kind people. Currently taking bridge lessons on Saturdays and greatly enjoying the social aspect. The teaching staff are from the Kingston Duplicate Bridge Club and all of them are patient, caring and kind. You need this relaxed environment as learning the game of bridge can be very challenging. Be a part of the Seniors Association and why not tackle the game of bridge too!! 🙂

Extremely well-run seniors programming and fantastic food service at reasonable prices! Very high quality! White tablecloths in the dining room! Victor runs a tight ship in the kitchen! The fitness programs are excellent! Mental health programming in Kingston could learn a lot from how the senior center is run! Mental health is health and programming for this population should be as well run as a senior center is! Seniors vote and that probably influences why the center's well-run! The mentally ill should vote to and they might get more respect and less stigma!

When I found that my program was not accessible to me as there were stairs with no handrail, the seniors rep, Lynn , got the venue changed for me and one other walker dependant member. Wonderful help!!!
