This store is so dusty. The whole store is covered in a fine film of dust, hair, and dander.

Sales associates were nice and friendly, and I found what I was looking for (plus side). Overall the experience was decent MINUS THE DUST. I couldn’t help but notice the condition of all the samples (crusty, dirty, uncleaned) and then the whole store is SO DUSTY. I mean SOOOOO dusty and dirty?

Not used to any Sephora being this way. Usually everything is tip top pristine clean so I am surprised to see it in this condition over time. It hasn’t been open that long and it’s looking run down?

Tried to zoom in on the photos of the dust! You can run your finger down any portion of shelving and have a dusty fingerprint. I had to wipe off the top of several boxes that I ended up purchasing.

I love Sephora. The products they sell are amazing. I had my prom makeup done here by Monica and she did a fantastic job and was super sweet! However, many times that I have come here the staff are often unpleasant and they act as if they don’t really care to help or seem annoyed a lot of the time.

Are your staff actually sensitive to older customers ? No one greeted me or said they could assist. Your products are obviously world class. A little training of your staff will go a long way. Take time to invest in people.

Dana was very helpful! It’s a great store and everyone is so nice and helpful. As someone from a minority, I always feel welcomed and beautiful as soon as I enter the store.

Definitely NOT lgbt friendly. lady with the shoulder length hair and glasses was pretty nasty to me.i was followed around the entire time and was called “bald queer guy” over comms and they even used their suspicious customer code on me. definitely not coming back.

If you walk in there with tattoos, the gross old lady treats you like a criminal. Either than that the store is pretty clean.

I went in to this location to buy bumble and bumble hair treatment. I was waiting for 15 minutes at the check out counter. There are 3 employees at that time 1 is assisting a customer and the other are just standing by the door. I even wave at her but she just ignored me (with eyeglasses below shoulder length).

I just decided to put back the item and left. But I told them that I am about to pay but nobody at the cash register. Lack of customer service.

I just LOVED my first time at Sephora (yes, 1st time hahhaha) I was a little bit overwhelmed cause Im way too basic when it comes to make up but I needed the whole “gear” for a special occasion. There was this lovely, super helpful not judging girl named Tayler! She saved my day, my week and the occasion! She took the time to listen my needs and concerns and addressed each one of them. Aaaah! Im so happy I found her! Remember this name: Tayler! The. Best. And Im not discussing it with anybody🤣
