We've been eating here for about 4 years and it was great. The last year or so, not so much. We got out usual order last night and we both got food poisoning. I am also pregnant so the baby better still be okay. We are quite upset because we've been eating there almost once a week for years.

I thought we were coming here for the best chicken in the town but i din know that you guyz only serve rice for $18.25. Last time also same thing happened but i neglected but now you are doing this everytime especially.

We looked up on Google for a place that served good food near Airdrie on our way to a hockey Tournament in St. Albert.
Shawarma Palace was just the right place for a quick stop.

Their portion was noticeably bigger than similar places. Fresh taste of meat made the difference. It was just delicious. We had few wraps including chicken and beef.
They were so generous with portions that I had to ask them to stop giving me more..happens rare!

It fed us almost 2 meals. My teenage boy was satisfied with the portion and how tasty their food was. Service was great!

It was a very clean space. One thing that can be improved might be the serving time. I thought the wait time was bit much when I was in a hurry.

Stopped by for a chicken platter to go and an order of pistachio baklava. Service was quick and the servers friendly. Had the spicy garlic sauce and the hot sauce as well as the thick garlic sauce. The chicken was tender with crispy ends, just how we like it. My wife and I shared this dish and there was enough left over for my supper. Well done Shawarma Palace!

I regularly visit Shawarma Palace in the different locations in Calgary, I was in Airdrie and it was not a good experience, the person who served me, collected the cash with the same gloves that he used to prepare the food dishes, but it was worse afterwards, with the same gloves he touched the trash can to change the bag and immediately returned to the counter with the same gloves to continue preparing food, during all that time I did not lose sight of him, attached photo

I come here often and it is a good place but now its just filled with old Indian men that doesn’t speak English and misses up every order. The slowness is okay but missing up every order like mixing ppls others or just when I say a little bit of source they take it like literally and put just a line and when I say a little more they just empty half of the bottle on it.

We have been getting food from this place for few years now but last few times it’s been disappointing. Ordered mixed shawarma platter and donair platter chicken and beef was just the fat. Donair meat was okay but not like before. Food quantity was good but quality is not there anymore I am not sure what happened but always liked the food before. Hopefully they can fix it.

Got Samosa from this place and not up to standard. It’s not hot and microwaved samosa doesn’t taste good.
