I had a really bad experience at this Shell car wash. Not only was my car still dirty after the wash, with streaks and leftover dirt on the windows and rims, but the employee’s behavior was also horrible. When I pointed out the issues with the wash, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was bothering them. They didn’t offer any help or even apologize for the poor service. It’s clear they don’t care about the quality of their work or customer satisfaction.

Going to work and wanted to buy a coffee and a quick car wash at 4am. You can't. It's not open 24hrs for business. Knocked on the side window for 5 minutes before the guy came. Looked like he was sleeping.They should update their listings.

Update: In their responses to the negative reviews, they keep saying they're going to take corrective actions. And all the negative reviews are basically saying the same thing. They don't care. And nothing changes. The absolute worst gas station in Beaumont.

If I could give zero stars I would. After putting over $104 in my tank, my 9 year old and 11 year old were refused washroom use… IN A GAS STATION. Urvish was the name of the attendant, she was extremely rude making my 9 year old son cry and causing a scene to the point other customers got involved questioning why he wasn’t allowed to use the washroom. Shell select in Beaumont, AB is a terrible location, refusing basic human rights.

Really awesome service at this station. It's always clean and the special mention staff are extremely accommodating and helpful with super friendly and works very hard and smart.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
Purchased a new truck drove it for a day. It was dusty so decided to give it a wash while we were out getting groceries. Automatic car wash at this location was convenient. Purchased full car wash without has purchase. Went through wash. Noticed in wash that the soap did not rinse off as the rinse cycle was very light and short. We could see suds left on windshield and mirrors. Got out after leaving car wash to look at vehicle. Truck was a mess See Pics. Went in to get money back and attendant at till stated the dirt must have been stuck on truck and came out to look. I asked her how that was possible as it was just purchased the day before. Her body language and face as well as her tone were all out telling me I was wrong and or lying when I was trying to say her car wash did not clean my vehicle. See pics again. LoL . Money was received back for cost of wash but when I asked her as a customer why she felt it was ok to state I was wrong she stated- It's ok. You can go. Thank you!! AND DISMISSED ME. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BE BACK - Hopefully others will consider twice before spending money here.

Went to get gas at just after 5 am on my motorcycle and the guy was refusing to take my $50 dollar bill. Was running late for work and wasted time arguing with him about $35 bucks change.. terrible customer service.

0 for customer service the guy is on the phone having a conversation while making us pay. No Hi No thanks not even telling me how much its going to cost me No wonder why this gas station as so many bad reviews.

This is by far the worst shell in edmonton and area.
Gas is always 5 cents more compared to the city.
They raise price in morning rush and supper rush. Grease balls.
This place is a disgrace to beaumont.
I filled up gas and noticed there was a offer on the gas pump for ultimate wash 10.99.
Went in to purchase and the robot.. I mean employee said they forgot to take the sign off...
Usually when a price is advertised they are supposed to honour it. Not in this case I guess.
I will not be going here I like to support local but not this place.
Stay far away! Save your time and money and go to husky or Petro.
