Lovely spot to relax and enjoy the serene lake-side beauty while chilling with a cold brew and a burger. Tasty food, the fries could do with a bit more crispiness, otherwise a great experience.

Food was 10/10, service wasn't so great! Waited 10 minutes to be seated, once seated it took a while to get our drinks, drinks were good however & so was the food so that saved it! Will still be back for food alone!

We stayed at the Old Courthouse Inn for an evening and wanted to have dinner at a local pub. My wife found the Shingle Mill Pub online so we decided to give it a try. We definitely weren't disappointed. We shared a Margarita pizza, then my wife had the beet salad and I had the prime rib. Portion sizes were generous and the food was terrific. Our server was fantastic (Leanne) and we had a wonderful chat with her after our meal (we apologize for keeping you from your closing duties!) ... We had an incredible time at the Shingle Mill and will definitely return the next time we're in Powell River. Thanks!

Sleeper of a high end place for foodies disguised as a pub. All the accroutrments of a bar but with a unique and inventive menu that satisfies most any taste. The service is exceptional and makes the Shingle Mill the pub for Powell River.

Make sure to grab a seat near the windows so you can have a nice view of the lake. Ordered pasta, the taste was good, not great, it was a lot, wasn’t able to finish it. The waitress was ok, she definitely wasn’t focused in the area I was sifted. The food took a while.
