I went in today for formula twice as the first time I went in I did not see the formula I need that was on sale. After going to Walmart and them having none either I went back to shoppers. I decided to ask and older lady short with grey hair, she was unboxing the baby aisle. I asked her about the formula that I had on my phone that was for sale, she said they were out. I proceeded to tell her the website says they have 7 in stock, they had changed the container of this formula. I asked if she could look in the boxes she was unpacking she said no. She pretended to look around and said ya if it isn’t on the shelf i don’t know. I then looked myself and realized the packaging had changed and it was not marked on sale. I found her again and showed her what I found and told her to put a sale tag on it as it was 11 dollar difference. She did not believe me and followed me to the aisle and said oh ya idk if it’s on sale. I was done dealing with this ignorant woman so I went up front to the nice lady working cash and she told me it was on sale as she wrung it through. I told her thank you and that I told the lady working in the baby aisle to maybe mark it on sale. She said oh of course I will temind her. Just plain ignorant and terrible service, she did not want to help at all and seemed irritated that I found it all on my own and that she had not tagged it. As a mother this is very irritating I was with my child and had to spend extra time dealing her bad attitude and an $11 difference she wasn’t going to look into for me. Just kept saying well website is wrong and i don’t know. Very sad. Do better

Smaller store so the selection was a bit limited but it was as reliable as every shoppers always is. Good selection of items even though it is a smaller store. The staff was nice and helpful

Absolutely pleased with shoppers pharmacist ( East Indian perhaps, I apologize if I am incorrect ) who was able to take me in and do a consultation almost immediately. It was very helpful. He was very knowledgable and personable. Thank you so much. Unfortunately for some reason they could not get my benefits card to work and it works other places, so that was disappointing Having to pay for a prescription and needing to reclaim it.

I recently celebrated my birthday and my husband went shopping 3 visits he said the cosmetics young lady that helped him and helped him shop my wish list he did 3 visits in all as the girl was so pleasant she even suggested to put the ST.TROPEZ self tanner back and explained if he did it that it would save him alot of money.Im estatic with the gifts word to the wise self tanner works BETTER I'm pale zero sun used a smidgen of that where gloves be stingy looks the same 10min later my hands are colored it's fabulous so don't let the white fool you.KUDOS 2 THE COSMETICS TEAM THEY DESERVE A SHOUT OUT.NON PUSHY ACKNOWLEDGED WHEN ENTERING STORE THE COSMETICS TEAM I DONT EVER NOT BEEN GREETED WITH OUT A SMILE. THANX LADIES NICE TO KNOW YOU CAN HELP A CLUELESS MAN THAT NEEDS HELP AND WONT ASK 4 HELP HE WAS SO IMPRESSED I GOT MY WHOLE WISH LIST! MR.& MISS Schmidt

I booked an appointmnt for my yellow fever vaccine and that F nerd nurs or dr not even introducing his name and asking me abt my vaccine rcord when i was still a baby and im 38yrs old now. Where on earth to find that f record and telling me that i have to make my research before booking them!!!!what a rudeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! And he just left me coz he dont want to argue!!!! No manners and right conduct at all!!!! I dont know if he just dont want to talked with me or what…that F nerd in shoppers are son a of b!

Took some stuff from the shelfs which were on offer on Dec 30 and when i go for checkout it was showing the price with no offer on it.
When asked for assistance and showed her the tag. She removed the tag in front of us, saying this offer was till yesterday. We forgot to remove the tags. So casual approach.

Awfully rude staff, THEY forgot to take a sale price down but then still wouldn’t sell it at that price even though that’s clearly what the sign says and there was no other price listed. Rude & lost a 20$ sale over not taking 2 bucks off and giving me a hard time. Doesn’t come out of your cheque & kindness is free lol
